There isn't just one floor of relaxation here at Happy Hideaway: there's two! The ground level is home to two spacious bedrooms as well as a living area with a beautiful view of the lake, only steps away. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms as well as another living area and full sized kitchen with a dining space. This two level home is great for anyone that appreciates their personal space, and needs some time to break and unwind after a day of making memories in the Ozarks. All the comforts of home surround you as well, from the washer and dryer that let you clean up any splashes or spills, to the softest fluffy blankets that you snuggle up into for sleep. The beautiful bow on top is the huge second floor deck, which allows you to look out and listen to the waters of Table Rock lap up to the shore as you grill up a delicious meal, or just sip on a cup of freshly brewed coffee.

This is a lake lover's dream: right by the water, you're free to soak up all the rays you want. Or head out at dawn to catch some fish for dinner! Here, you can appreciate the biggest blue jewel of the Tri-Lakes area without any of the bustle and noise of Branson's downtown area. Beautiful lakeside home!

This property was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of Table Rock Lake! Close enough to enjoy the Branson entertainments but far enough away that you actually feel like you are on vacation. Highly recommend!

Perfect lake retreat!

Great Family Getaway

Our family of 5 and my husband’s grandmother loved our stay here. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need to whip up a meal. The ability to lounge in the upstairs or downstairs living room is a definite plus with kids who don’t always agree on what to watch dyeing down time. The kids loved the big yard and exploring near the shore even during the cooler weather. The drive didn’t feel too far out of the main areas of Branson and was an easy commute. Overall would definitely stay here again!

This house is absolutely perfect! Clean, spacious, and well equipped. The kitchen had more than ever expect as far as utensil, pans, etc. The beds were comfortable and the view of the lake was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again!

Great stay! Very spacious and private property. Everything about the house was awesome! My group of friends and I would definitely stay again. We really enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the big deck! Only minor pieces were a few ants in kitchen and WiFi was not very good. Overall, great experience!

Loved It!

The house was very nice and the location on the lake was just perfect. Great house for hanging out, barbecuing, enjoying the water. Beautiful and safe neighborhood….all the houses are gorgeous! Check in/out process was so easy. The only thing that was a downside is that it is a bit of a drive to any restaurants/bars by land. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy the lake and the outdoors.

Branson Trip

We came to Branson for a softball tournament and had the best time. The house was phenomenal with beautiful views of the lake. The kids swam right behind the house. Make sure you have water shoes though. We will definitely stay here again if we come back. Thanks for sharing with us!

Force Family Fun Getaway

Great house on the lake. We arrived on a Thursday night. Rented a boat for all day on Friday and then Saturday Dogwood Canyon and afternoon spent on floaters and chairs in the lake.. Disappointed with WIFI connection. Would be nice if the couch was a fold out. We have adult children and not everyone could fit in the bunk beds. Bathrooms (shower floor and toilet) were not very clean Overall loved the house

One coffee pot wasn’t working properly but there was a back up one so we used that. Everything was labeled and easy to get to in the kitchen. Plenty of pillows and blankets and towels for our stay. Everything was clean and ready to go for us when we got there. It was a little far from the strip if you’re looking for quick access, but the lake scenery was so worth it in my opinion. I would definitely stay at this property again!

My wife was in love with the kitchen, it was over the top. The yard was steep going down to the lake but it wasn't too bad, I wouldn't run but I didn't feel like I was going to slip and fall. The back patio decks were great. The outdoor furniture was in great shape and the fire pit was a nice feature. Driveway was very very steep but if you take it slow you can get just enough traction to drive out. Would definitely stay here again..

We played UNO on the upper deck each evening and went boating during the day! My husband is obsessed with the stereo / blue tooth connection in the bathroom!!! You all made his day! He’s determined to have that in his own home! The kitchen couldn’t have been more perfect ! Enough room for 6 adults to stand in my way while I cook!😂 Thanks for sharing this home! Manager needs to check house before arrival of travelers!

We arrived at the property unloaded our things and wanted to start dinner. Started cutting our steaks and turned the faucet on to find no water!!!! I called the manager and they said the plumber was busy and would be the next day . Unacceptable with 10 people in a house with no water. Asked to be moved to another rental but was told didn’t have any available. Could have been avoided if someone had checked the rental before our arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is fantastic! We had three adult couples in the house. There is plenty of room. Bathrooms are all wonderful, kitchen is nice, both decks are great. It is a new property so the stockpile of seasonings and things like that weren’t there but with the clean and nice finishes, that was not an issue at all. The dnive to Branson wasn’t bad at all. 30-40 mins to silver Dollar City and the main drag of Branson. 15-20 minutes from the closest true grocery store. We rented a boat one day and did some tubing. There were plenty of activities and this house was nice to come back to in the evening. Be sure to bring your bug spray. Management group was helpful and sent clear instructions on getting to and into the property. Highly recommend this house. The only thing that would push it to perfection would be access to one of the docks close to the house for swimming.
