Private location on the edge of Spearfish with views and lots of trees. Paved roads entirely to home. Beautiful modern finishes with vaulted ceilings, granite in the open kitchen and granite in the bathrooms. An open balcony overlooks the floor to ceiling modern gas fireplace in the great room. You will appreciate the large upper level Family Room with an oversized flat screen TV, DVD player, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table and Game Table. A spacious covered patio provides great relaxing moments whether it be early morning coffee on the porch swing, grilling for dinner, or enjoying warm nights sitting around either the gas fire pit or wood fire pit. Only 10 Minutes from downtown Spearfish yet secluded enough to feel like a retreat. You won't be disappointed in this home! We have extensive rental experience and now only rent this home during rally as it has become our primary residence. We have rented it to multiple rally renters and have nothing but 5 star reviews. Entirely paved, No gravel to drive on and space to park motorcycle trailers.

This rental was a very nice place great location just as advertised had one little issue called the owner they had someone come right out and fix it very good communication and service from the owners lots of amenities already in the house when we arrived I would definitely recommend this rental and will rent from them again when we decide to go back

Wow... this house did not disappoint! Not only was it as lovely as the pictures, but the host went out of his way to ensure that we had plenty of supplies (such as soap, toilet paper,...) and even swung by to retrieve a package for us! We would definitely recommend this home!

Wonderful property with beautiful accommodations. We spent 5 days in the area celebrating our daughter's wedding and found this home to be one of the highlights. It is a top of the line VRBO and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The outdoor living space is wonderful and a great way to enjoy the Black Hills. The pictures are accurate to what you will find inside this great space.

We rented this home to visit our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 children who live in Spearfish and we also had our son and his 2 children with us making 9 in the house. The house is conveniently located just minutes from Spearfish and surrounding attractions. There was plenty of room for us with everyone having their own bed and bedroom with baths. The family room upstairs provided another option for family entertainment. The outdoor patio was a hit with a bench swing, furniture, toys for the children, grill, gas fire pit and wood fire pit. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need and the owners supplied an ample amount of basic needs for arrival. We had a wonderful visit and when we return in the future, we will definitely choose to rent this beautiful home again.

We rented this home for a week to spend time with our daughter and her husband with their three small children. It is located near the main highway that took us directly to most attractions. When the weather wasn't cooperative, we had no problem entertaining ourselves with the media room, the real fire pit and gas fireplace on the roomy back decks. There is a water play table and a child's picnic table which the 5 and 3 year olds loved. Importantly, all the beds were amazingly comfortable and there was ample bathroom space for all, plus some. The owners allowed plenty of room for us to spread out and feel like we lived there for the week. This home is open, bright, modern and welcoming. We would be glad to stay there again. I am sure that any open dates will fill up fast! We loved our time together in their home!!!
