Wow. This is the finest unit in the Mauna Loa Shores. Fully renovated, with all the finest amenities and beautiful tastefully designed to maximize this fantastic condo. The best unobstructed view from the Bedroom overlooking the Blue Pacific, and the Lanai. You will absolutely love this new offering. Everything is brand new. High ceilings in Penthouse, with full of light and cool breezes with the best air circulation. Custom kitchen, everything you need to make your stay in Hawaii and our Big Island memorable. Same owners as 710 which has been the ultimate destination for many a year. NOW we offer 706. 2 brm 1 bth. My 46 years as a resident and 43 years as a Realtor will insure you know where to go and what to do to make it the finest Big Island experience possible.

The Mauna Loa Shores is right next to Carlsmith Beach Park which has fantastic swimming and snorkeling. Usually you will always swim with the sea turtles, EZ access protected reef. The beach park itself is lawn with huge shade trees (monkey pod). Absolutely the place to stay in Hilo. The Mauna Loa Shores has its own swimming pool too, 2 elevators, laundry room on each floor.

East Hawaii side is authentic Hilo, not overbuilt like Oahu or Maui, truly you will fall in love with Hilo as the owners have. Our Big Island has it all, every climate and terrain, eco-tourism at is best with volcano watching, hiking, beautiful tropical gardens, ocean activities, swimming, snorkeling, and most of all relaxing. Away from the hustle and bustle and traffic of Oahu, Maui, Kona.... Hilo side is truly paradise. Book with me and you will see and agree.

The unit was located on the seventh floor and had a gorgeous view overlooking CarlSmith Beach Park. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the comfortable lanai and taking in the view. The master bedroom had the same beautiful view and was a joy to wake up in. Both beds were comfortable. We were pleased to have chosen this complex and location for our four day visit to Hilo. Manager was great to communicate with.

What a perfect stay at the Mauna Loa Shores condo for us. Great location for visiting volcano natl park, the Hilo farmers market and eating at our favorite Hilo restaurants! A big plus was waking to a beautiful view from our bedroom, it was breathtaking!

Lovely condo. Nicely stocked. Friendly atmosphere and people. Wonderful views and amazing location being just down the street from Richardson Ocean Park and right next to Carlsmith Beach. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed swimming in the evening with sea turtles, it was amazing. If you like to hike your 15-45 minutes from several waterfalls and amazing sights. Visiting ‘Akaka Falls and Kilauea are a must, we also loved Laupahoehoe Point Beach Park and low key beaches at Kona.

Phenomenal views from the Primary bedroom and Lanai. Penthouse was clean and well stocked. Carlsmith beach is a one minute walk and was awesome to snorkel and hang out in. Saw a turtle sunning all day. Close to town for eats and stores plus quick travel to Volcano National Park and other island destinations. Would dedinitely stay here again if we come back to the Big Island.

We enjoyed our time on the Hilo side in this updated and clean condo right next to Carlsmith Park. We were able to snorkel in our “backyard”. The condo didn’t have AC but plenty of fans were provided along with the ocean breezes made it comfortable. Terry was excellent to work with. Very responsive and even gave us a list of things to do and favorite restaurants. We would stay here again.

Perfect location and worked well for elderly

Beautiful location, well-appointed property with friendly caretakers, very responsive and helpful host, lots of nice extras like snorkel gear and camping chairs. Lack of AC (clear in listing) was mitigated by fans and screens. Walkable to great park for lower mobility elderly staying with us.
