This is our summer Happy Place that we only rent out a few weeks per year (because we Love & use it so much) - Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation at our large, newly renovated beach house in the heart of Ocean Beach - central located - near the beach, playground, village bars & restaurants.

LARGE HOUSE ....Perfect for two families to share (or for one large family) ..... 4 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms - Large Kitchen, Hardwood floors.... Outdoor Shower, Vaulted Ceilings, Oversized Living Room & Dining Room.... 3 showers total.

* New Kitchen with New Appliances/Quartz countertops, Dishwasher, Stove, Refrigerator, Blender, Toaster, Keurig Coffee, Microwave & Washer/Dryer ~ Large dining area.

* A/C in every room

* Outdoor wrap-around deck with dining Table & Chairs and outdoor sofas.

* Bedroom #1 (King Bed); Bedroom #2 (3 Twin Beds); Bedroom #3 (King Bed) ; Bedroom #4 (3 Twin Bunk Beds & Trundle bed) ; Sleeps 11.

* House comes with : (8) beach chairs, large HDTV, WiFi, Barbecue, (4) bikes, Spikeball, Beach games, puzzles, board games & a large wagon to get all around Fire Island.

All you need to bring is your toothbrush !

The Happy Place was everything we dreamed of. The pictures were accurate, everything worked, was clean and the house is decorated very nice and beachy. The host is wonderful and very attentive. My family thoroughly enjoyed the week, thanks to staying in a beautiful home-thank you

Happy Place became our “Happy Place”. The house was perfect, exactly as described and so comfortable. The AC was great and the house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Our family included us with our grown children their spouses and our grandchildren. Happy Place is In a wonderful location too. Easy to beach, dock and town. We had a great week. Thanks to our great host!

Kelly and Tom’s house is absolutely fabulous! Every amenity has been thought of. Beautiful updated bathrooms, large kitchen and dining, comfortable couches for lounging. But we spent most of our time on the deck! Large and multiple seating areas, great outdoor shower, tons of privacy and room for the kids to be crazy! The location is perfection - a block to town and a block to the beach. What else is there to say?Check in and check out was flawless and Kelly and tom were communicative without being overbearing - they had lovely suggestions and made us feel like VIP guests

Girls trip

We were a group of 8 women looking for a nice beach getaway . The location of the house could not be beat.. quick walk to the ferry in one direction and the beach in the other . The house was impeccably clean and well appointed . All appliances in great repair , great air conditioning and plenty of space ! The hosts were immediately available and answered all if our questions immediately. I can’t wait to go back !

Happy Beach House

We had a great time at this property. The owners were easy to contact, and they came to the property the next day when I was having trouble with the BBQ and bikes. The listing is slightly misleading in that it actually only sleeps 11, not 12 people. But for 11 people, it's great! Plenty of space and light. All needed cooking equipment was present. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay

The location is absolutely perfect and the house is adorable. Spacious and renovated with all the amenities you could need. Ideal distance between the main strip of bars/restaurants/shops and the beach. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Great Beach Getaway!

A group of 10 friends and I stayed at Kelly’s adorable home by the beach. First, the place was decorated so lovely and very spacious for our group. The house is located a short 5 minutes from the main strip of bars and restaurants and five minutes from the beach. The price is very reasonable for what you are getting as well. The home was well taken care of and very clean for our stay. Kelly was so easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions promptly. I would love to return for another stay and recommend to anyone looking for a nice weekend away with some friends or family.
