Welcome to your home away from home! My cozy and secluded 1-acre property is located just minutes away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Equipped with smart locks, you'll never have to worry about losing a key. The living room boasts a brand new 58-inch Roku smart TV where you can log in with your Netflix, Hulu accounts and more free apps, and another 50-inch Roku TV in the basement. Relax in front of the fireplace in the living room or head downstairs and enjoy the competition in the game rooms featuring arcade games, foosball, pool and ping pong tables.

With a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer, you will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The backyard is perfect for evening gatherings around the fire pit.

Safety is our priority, each room has its own smoke detector, and fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located in the kitchen.

When staying in the winter months, we highly recommend that you have a car with all-wheel or four-wheel drive, as we are located on a small hill, and we are not responsible if your vehicle cannot make it up the hill.

I provide a digital guidebook to local attractions and activities to make the most of your stay. BYOT - please bring your own toiletries and grooming amenities.

Please do not block, disable, or tamper with security systems, including alarms, cameras, smoke detectors, and internet devices. Doing so will result in loss of security deposit and immediate eviction.

~ Pets must be approved first. Small hypoallergic dogs allowed. Additional fee will apply.

~ Any broken furniture or house items will be charged to the guest for full replacement value.

~ There is a security deposit of $500.00

~ No fireworks.

~ Price is for up to 4 guests, additional guests are $25/person/night. Exterior camera footage will be reviewed upon check-in to ensure proper guest count. Extra guest fee will be double if footage shows more people than booked.

~ Early check-in is anytime before 2:00 and late check-out will after 1:00 is a full days rate. $50 extra for early or late checkout.
