Steps to the Beach and Pool at the iconic Coral Reef Condominiums. One-bedroom 2nd floor condo (no elevator) with Ocean and Pool views. Inside, guests find living room with a sofa and chaise that opens to a full bed. The bedroom features a queen bed. Brand new bathroom includes a beautiful luxury tile shower and a hair dryer. AC and heat all year round. This beautiful condo is in the perfect location. Close to the NW sea wall, Anglesea’s restaurants and entertainment, and to the famous Morey’s Amusement Piers on the Wildwood Boardwalk. You are also less than 30 minutes to beautiful historic Cape May, Cape May Zoo, wineries, and breweries. BBQ grills are available by the pool. One parking space on site.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
RETURN PARKING PASS to condo. Cost of replacement is $50. Guest credit card will be charged.
Wash dishes, Remove all refrigerator items. Take out recyclables and trash. NO plastic bags or pizza boxes in recycle cans. Guest will pay trash fine if identified.
Check that all appliances are OFF or unplugged. A/C - heat and fans are off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
