This condo is in a prime location in North Wildwood. Located on the beach block, and a few blocks away from the famous and delicious Russo's Market! Enjoy morning walks on the sea wall, evening concerts under the stars, bike path to boardwalk and easy walk to the night life while still settled in a quiet, tranquil part of town. Lots to offer in the Wildwoods!

Clean, cozy, newly renovated 1 Bedroom condo with kitchenette. Wonderful upper sun deck with unobstructed ocean views! Enjoy the in ground pool surrounded with lounger and tables for guest use.

Sleep accommodations for 4 people, which includes a queen sofa sleeper and queen bed in bedroom.

Amenities include WiFi, two flat screen smart TV's, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, central air, laundry room, and reserved covered parking for one vehicle. Nearby free street parking available. First floor unit

Bring your own bike and lock up around back.
Outdoor shower area to get the sand off your beach toes!

25 years and older please, no pets, no smoking permitted. Linens not provided.

Long weekend

My partner and I stayed Sunday to Wednesday the week before the 4th of July. Some of the slowest few days I’ve seen in Wildwood, very relaxed. The condo was perfect for a few days, we ate out mostly and used the refrigerator for lunch. Everything was clean and communication was easy leading up to the trip.

Attending the Beach Blast Soccer Tournament in Wildwood

The condo was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean, we had plenty of dishes and pans. Air conditioning ran with no issues. We were very grateful for the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained, as well as the assigned parking space. It's just a little bit more than a block from the beach, Russo's is nearby. We couldn't have asked for more. We'd definitely return, given the opportunity. Thank you, Sharon!

Adorable condo for 2

My husband and I had a very nice weeks vacation while staying at the Flying Dutchman. The condo was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities that one would need for a week away. The building itself is beautifully maintained, and all residents were polite. We would highly recommend renting from this owner.

The property was just as described and great for 2 people. We got exactly what we expected. Great location from the beach to restaurants & the boardwalk. Working with the owner Sharon was great. She is very responsive. The condo itself was clean and so was the rest of the facility. Parking spaces are very tight, but that goes for most places in WW.

Restful Retreat at the Beach

The Unit is advertised as a small condo but that description doesn't give it the respect that it deserves. My wife fell in love with the Unit the moment we opened the door the color palette and furnishing set the perfect vibe. The Unit is the perfect size for a couple to get away to a peaceful paradise. The Unit is fully equipped with a very comfortable bed and coach the upper deck has delightful views of beach and ocean. The complex is not overwhelming with tons of lodgers walking by your front door. We would definitely want to stay again and much longer.

The unit was pleasant, albeit small, which we anticipated. However, the lack of a dresser to store our clothes became problematic during our week-long stay. Due to the limited space, living out of our suitcases was nearly impossible. This significantly impacted our experience in this unit. Additionally, the parking spaces were exceptionally small, and contrary to our expectations, there were children present

Charming condo by the sea..

Adorable beach block condo in family- oriented North Wildwood, just steps away from the heated pool, a third floor sun deck, and walking distance to the world’s greatest boardwalk! My family and I have stayed at this condo complex several times over the years in another unit, and this year decided to rent this additional unit for my father who was a last minute add-on to our family vacation, as he wasn’t sure prior if he could travel up from another state to meet us. My father was overjoyed that he could join us this year, and really loved that he had his own little condo unit for the week so close to ours in the same complex. My father LOVED this condo! This unit was especially clean, and may I say, absolutely adorable!!! The condo has brand new furniture, including a new queen sized bed and pull out couch. The unit is tastefully decorated in a lovely beach-themed aesthetic, creating a tranquil and serene environment perfectly suited for rest and relaxation. The owner Sharon is professional, friendly, and highly responsive to emails allowing for fast and easy communication. This unit is perfect for couples, small families, and even the single renter searching for some time alone at the beach! I highly recommend this particular condo unit, in this great friendly condo complex, with its convenient location, in this beautiful shore town!

Nice stay!

The condo is perfect for a couple. Any more would be tight. You can't beat the location! Easy walk to the beach, pool is great for relaxing after the beach, quick walk to the seawall and about 15 mins to restaurants. Sharon was quick to respond to a few minor issues during our stay. We would definitely come back!!

A true home away from home!

Sharon's place is the perfect home away from home. It is cozy and comfortable. It is one block to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for a get a way! Sharon was a great host! We stayed for our honeymoon and when we arrived she had placed a bottle of champagne in the fridge for us. It was a really nice surprise for us! I highly recommend Sharon's property!! Thank you Sharon!!

We needed a place fast and found this small condo near the beach. It worked perfectly for our family. Unfortunately it was right during a heat wave and there was a problem with the air conditioning. The owner was very responsive and got someone to come out quick. We enjoyed our stay!
