Pretty decent, good location, decently clean though the bathroom was a bit ehh and the whole room could use a couple more amenities. Overall good, affordable option compared to similar rooms and places in the area.

very convenient to Northside Park. Also has a bus stop right out front, which was VERY convenient (4 all day ticket). A few great restaurants within 2 min walking. Stairs were a little tight bringing luggage upstairs. Bathroom could use an update. and the carpets were warn. but overall we had a blast!

Amazing location, central air is such a plus, refrigerator was great to have and got very cold for leftovers ! Be sure to note it’s 3 flights of stairs so elderly or young kids might be hard but was great for us since we knew ahead of time:) nice owners and enjoyed the early check in at 12 even most are 4pm. Recommend!

This was the perfect location. Easy parking, could walk to the fields, food, mini golf and beach very easily. For accessibility just remember this is the 3rd floor with no elevator and the bedroom and bathroom are up a small spiral staircase within the unit. There is also minimal light in the bathroom- we ended up getting a light from the dollar tree to be able to see better. Be prepared to bring sheets, towels, pillow cases. We also had to buy paper towels as there weren’t any when we arrived. And by the end of the weekend more toilet paper. Wash/dryer in unit and pool right outside is always a plus!Overall great location and perfect for our needs.

Be sure to read about the place, I accidentally read it wrong and thought everything was included. Make sure you pack sheets and towels!!! I met the owner before we checked out and he was absolutely amazing!! Would totally stay here again, the lighting in the bathroom and the small selection of kitchen pans (I love cooking) is would be the only things I would not like. Overall 5/5!

Geraldine was kind and communicated well and promptly. The unit was clean and check-in was easy. The balcony was nice, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was overlooking the pool which we didn’t use since it was too cold in May. The location is one block from the beach, but just the sandy part, and it’s another 5 miles to the boardwalk. The unit is on the 3rd floor, no elevator available. It could sleep 6 people, 2 queen beds upstairs, and 1 pull out sofa on first floor. I didn’t realize the stairs within the unit would be narrow and spiraling, and it was difficult for family members, especially elderly, to get up the stairs. The only bathroom available was unfortunately also upstairs. The pull out sofa was too soft and springy, and sagged in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep. After we pulled out the couch, there was also hardly room to put the crib on the floor for our baby so we had to put her on the kitchen area. We also didn’t like the fact that we had to bring our own sheets, towels, pillowcase though we had expected it from the listing. Overall, I would say the host was great and this property would be okay for anyone traveling who isn’t elderly, handicapped, or with young children, but it was a bit difficult for us.

Nice little place

Mainly just needed a place to sleep and shower while visiting for the Boardwalk Rock music fest. This place worked for that. Is very conveniently located next to a bus stop for getting to the fest with places to grab a bite in walking distance as well.

Nice location

We were staying at the condo for my daughter’s softball tournament. The location was perfect, since it was next to the fields and out of the routine congestion. I was also happy with the cleanliness of the condo.

Clean and no frills. If you need a place to stay that is safe, clean, inexpensive, and has a pool, then this is for you. It is no frills. The beds are comfy, and the AC unit can keep up with the humidity. The location near Northside Park is excellent. The beds are comfortable. If you are planning to cook more than spaghetti and sauce, the kitchen is not well-stocked.
