Recommend staying at this location for a quiet vacation in OC. Very nice neighborhood, neighbors will wave as they walk by. Loved having the extra beach items on site! House was equipped with almost everything you could need. Lots of room to spread out.

PROS- nice front porch - comfortable bed- good water pressure - easy check in and check out - stocked kitchen- nice parking with super short walk - heat and ac worked well - cleanWe will stay here again!!! CONS- the pictures made the property seem way bigger than it is. The living area and dining room and kitchen were small compared to the pictures made it look like. The two of us were still comfortable! - Wii did not work- Had trouble reaching the host one time but helped us the second time.

Cute property, great location. Needed some cleaning with spider webs and dust bunnies. Blow dryer and wash cloths were missing but Norberto offered to have them delivered with Walmart. Hopefully the next guests will have them. The potential of it being perfect is there, just needs a little cleaning and inventory. All and all, worth it. I'd come back

Great location, needs some TLC

Great location, owner was great about communicating, and the house was really cute and comfy. However, the place needs some TLC and better cleaning as it was definitely not sanitized as you would expect in this age of COVID-19 (luckily we arrived in PPE and prepared to clean ourselves, just in case). If those things are taken care of then we would stay again. To his credit, the owner apologized and advised that he has spoken with the cleaners, so let's hope they do because it's an adorable place.

Thanks so much for staying T! I’m so sorry you had that experience. I had to use a different cleaner as my typical cleaner was out of town, and I will not be using them anymore as you had recommended. I have over 200 plus positive reviews on air bnb using my normal cleaner. Again I’m sorry that you had this experience and appreciate the feedback.

Ok for the money

The location was nice and the condo was spacious for what is was. Had a nice front porch with a swing. Cleaning could have been better especially in the bathrooms and the refrigerator was very dirty on the top.
