We are pleased that you found the house to be as described, but we are sorry that your stay was affected by the unexpected refrigerator issue. Prior to your arrival, both the refrigerator and freezer were inspected and confirmed to be in proper working order. Unfortunately, the refrigerator had stopped working over night which you reported by 7:15am the next morning. The team did made all endeavors to address promptly by having the repair technician and a temporary replacement refrigerator to the villa before 9:00 a.m. the same morning so you would have immediate refrigeration while the technician assessed the original unit, procure the parts and complete the repair. The villa also has a separate standalone freezer available for guests' use. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill, we provided a US$100 refund to compensate for any inconvenience and any food that may have been affected. Regarding kitchen storage, we appreciate your suggestion. While the villa is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and utensils, we are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience, and your comments will certainly be taken into consideration. With respect to the washing machine, the machine itself is fully operational. The rust you observed is limited to the detergent dispenser area, which do experience cosmetic wear over time. Nevertheless, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will continue to address it as part of our ongoing maintenance program. We strive to respond quickly whenever unexpected issues arise, as equipment can occasionally fail despite regular inspections and preventative maintenance. Our goal is always to resolve concerns as promptly as possible so our guests can continue enjoying their vacation. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Dear Francisca Thank you for your stay at our Villa from the 22nd to the 25thof June 2023 (3 nights) and your feedback, we welcome all reviews and comments, as it gives us an opportunity to understand our guests’ expectations and our imperfections. Your highlighted concerns were investigated to determine the root cause, and measures have been put in place to mitigate them going forward. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and will recommend us to your friends and family, however, your experience with the pool facility was unfortunate, the pool facility has scheduled ongoing maintenance which includes a mandatory service on the day of every guest check-in, you had checked-in early at midday and had enquired about the pool service, which you were able to witness, as it was carried out on the same afternoon. We try to maintain our guest privacy and as such ask them to communicate any concerns, you had communicated to me on the 24th June 2023 at 6:43pm that the pool had become dirty, at that time the pool man was unable to respond until the next morning, unfortunately you were checking out on that day at 8:00am. From this experience, to mitigate the occurrence of such a case again, we are implementing as part of our check-in process, the importance of communicating to our management any concerns as prompt as possible so they can be addressed and also placing addition guidelines on the use and maintenance of the pool facility.
