The house is beautiful and was clean. The host was fantastic. Kids loved the pool and that they got their own bedrooms. House is very spacious. I wish I had rented a boat so we could have docked it there and gone out to the ocean. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you.

We had a wonderful family gathering, made special memories and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The VRBO was close to the beaches, shops and groceries. The pool was clean and well maintained. The 5 bedrooms fit our large group of 12 easily. It was nice to find some supplies available for laundry and dishes. The Blackstone grill was fun to use and the kids enjoyed the fishing poles, pool toys and games. The dock was a big hit and the kids caught some catfish. Our host, Tami, was wonderful to work with and was very responsive to my messages ans any questions I had. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone.

We LOVED the pool and the big table out back was where we hung out the most. One more bathroom would have been nice but we made it work. The kitchen was nice and had what we needed for no more than we cooked. Having the Blackstone was awesome. All in all a great place! Thank you!

Our kids love that pool too. We just upgraded that heater so it can keep it nice and warm, even in the winter. Changing that pool to a salt water pool was a game changer as well. Thanks for staying.

This house was perfect for our baseball tournament trip. It’s located in a safe, convenient neighborhood with all the amenities you could ask for. The home is spacious with a great pool and canal access. Home owners have everything you can think of from fishing poles, beach gear to blackstone grill. I really appreciate the short notice to extend our stay giving us time to pack up. Highly recommend and would book here again. Thank you so much!

Married, with 3 kids. From a small town in MN, New Ulm. We have a big German community in New Ulm, and the second oldest brewery in the USA. I enjoy to travel. I found Florida to be one of my favorites and plan on renting this place for the next 20 years until we retire to the area.

Why they chose this property

We love the close access to all the beaches and everything that is available in the Cape. We love that it sits on the water. We don't have to go under any bridges or worry about the tide with this home as it has direct gulf access.

What makes this property unique

It's a nice clean property with great customer service. Great access to Veterans bridge to get to Fort Myers and all the stadiums.
