The house was perfect for our family of 7! We definitely appreciated all the small details like board games and a fully stocked coffee bar. The host was great at communicating with us and the entire check-in/check-out process was incredibly smooth.

Family friendly

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and the house is very nice with bunk beds for the kids. We loved being less than a mile from the friends we were visiting! Would definitely rent again!

This was the perfect house for our visit to Waco. It was impeccably clean, well stocked, in a fantastic location, and comfortable for our big family. The owners were wonderful and even shipped an item we had left behind. I would give more stars if possible!

Cozy and clean cottage

We loved staying at this property. It was spacious, clean, had a nice backyard, and we loved the super comfortable beds and furniture. We are planning on booking this property again in future.

Phenomenal second stay

We stayed here last year when we were in town for our daughter’s skate competition and will be back for Year 3 next year! Very nice property, great location, clean, comfy beds. Love that there are bunk beds and the owner thinks of all the little necessities that make for a great home away from home. Thanks so much for another amazing stay!

Perfect place to stay in Waco!

Centrally located - everything was about a 15-20 minute drive. We enjoyed this house so much! Made it feel like coming “home” every day. Very cozy, incredible choices of coffee in the baskets & just perfect for our little girls trip weekend in Waco!

The house was clean, comfortable, and the neighborhood felt safe. The linens and towels were clean and the bed was super comfortable! The host was very communicative, and everything we needed was easy to find. The back yard was a safe, enclosed, and large space for our dogs to run around and play. The ONLY negative was that the neighbor dogs constantly yapped from sun up to when they were let back inside, but I would still choose this place again and again.

Fantastic-highly recommend!

We had a great stay! Cute and cozy house in a very quiet neighborhood. We brought our dogs and the fenced in yard was perfect! We hope to make this trip and stay here again. It was clean and had everything and more we needed for our stay.
