This cozy newly remodeled mountain townhome has a prime location- only half a mile to Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge, 5 minute ride to Main Street and steps away from the free local bus line.
The floor to ceiling windows in the main living area offer stunning views of Deer Valley mountain. With over 2100 sq. ft. of living space, this home is perfect for groups of friends and families. Includes 3 bedrooms, 3 and half bathrooms and accommodates up to 7 people.
The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving any and all meals. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace that can be activated with a flip of a switch. Each bedroom includes an en suite bathroom, starter amenities and a flat screen tv. It has a two-car garage and a private driveway for additional parking. The entry level features a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a spacious area to store ski/snowboard equipment and other gear.

Beautiful views of the mountain. Secluded street but very close drive to everything. I've done a lot of rentals and this was, by far, the most thoughtfully stocked kitchen with everything you could ever need!

We had a wonderful stay, the condo was clean and stocked with all the necessities and some extra touches! Corinne was prompted to respond and very helpful. A great location to jump on the shuttle, that comes right to your door, for Deer Valley skiing.

We have stayed in Deer Valley at multiple VRBO. Most places are 2 bedroom but our family has grown and needs more space. This place is phenomenal. Great location with easy access to everything and shuttle stop right out front. The property was in best condition I have seen in numerous cities we have used VRBO. Corrine was excellent with communication and we had no needs during our stay. From 17 to 4 years old plus adult parents had great space, sleep options and entertainment from TV to WI-FI to coffee with comfortable chairs and a view. We came during heavy snowfall and were driving and roads were cleared and the condo had no issues with garage opening or closing despite conditions and there was salt available to spread in case ice built up. On site full size washer and dryer also means coming home with minimal laundry to do and we were able to pack light.

Wonderful property for a family ski trip. Easy access by car with garage. Living room and bedrooms on separate floors, making it perfect for young children. Clean and well-appointed with a very spacious living room. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. Decorated beautifully, exactly as advertised. Property is close to Main area with shopping and restaurants. The process was easy and check-in seamless. Awesome place. Beautiful Decorating

The place was clean and amazing. We loved the modern decorating. We had a great time. It costs me some money because now my wife really wants a round table and chairs just like the one you have there. We had some intense scrabble games on that thing and she thought it would be a cute addition to our house so I am guessing I will be buying one soon. :) Thanks the place was amazing.
