Prefect stay for a big family! The house is well equipped and spacious. Rooms on different levels and all with bathroom. Very close to Place la Bastille, subways and within 20min walk to Notre Dame.

My husband and I rented this property for ourselves, our kids, and grandkids in August of 2026. The house can sleep a lot of people. However, some of the sleeping areas are semi private or out in the open, and you need to walk through some rooms to get to others. One room on the top level could be hazardous for young children or seniors due to a narrow spiral staircase. All in all, the house is as it appears in the photos provided. The house is located close to Place de Bastille, with many shops, cafes, and grocery stores nearby. The metro is also a quick walk. The Host was very quick to respond. I would recommend the property.

Hello. As clearly described in the property listing, the house has five fully private and independent bedrooms, as well as two additional semi-private sleeping areas. The playroom and the second lounge are not presented as fully private bedrooms; they are semi-private sleeping areas, as they also serve as passage and shared spaces leading to the large cathedral-ceiling living room. So, in total, the house offers five fully private bedrooms, two semi-private sleeping areas, and the large cathedral-ceiling living room. A multi-generational family with 11 people and the space was perfect. The kids enjoyed the playroom and we enjoyed the space that was big enough for relaxing and all of us to be in the same area. Super comfortable beds, quiet, and easy to access the metro or walk around!Eduard was a fantastic host, so helpful and quick to respond.

We had a large family of 12, ranging in age from 5 to 73. The home was large enough for our group, but the lack of air conditioning in three of the bedrooms was a problem. The location was good - it is easily walkable to stores and restaurants. The house was very clean, and the housekeeper went out of her way to provide us with extra towels and sheets.

Thank you for your stay. Just to clarify, there is no air conditioning in the two bedrooms located on the lower-ground (basement) level. These rooms are naturally cooler than the rest of the house, which is why air conditioning was not installed there. In addition, the house is equipped with three air-conditioning units on the ground floor, and the cool air naturally circulates downward to the lower level. Both lower-ground bedrooms also benefit from natural ventilation. One has three windows facing the street, while the other has a large window opening onto a small outdoor patio, providing additional airflow and natural light.

The host was very responsive. The house was great for a multi-generational family vacation. The location was close to the metro, restaurants, parks, etc. We stayed during a heat wave. I booked it because it said it had air conditioning. However, there are two rooms without AC. The downstairs bedroom in the back part of the house was unusable due to the lack of air conditioning. My daughter and her husband had to sleep in the living room. The second floor bedroom was also very warm but it was bearable. But everything else was great!

This accommodation was very big and easily fit our large family. It is located by Notre Dame and 4 minute walk to both the Bastille as well as a very popular night club called Pachamama. Also close to a metro station. Not a touristy part of Paris so it was quiet at night. Felt very safe. Lots of restaurants close to choose from without crowds. As for the apartment itself, there are quite a few stairs but for those that cannot go up easily there are beds on the ground floor, enough for 5 people. There are 2 other rooms downstairs that are mini apartments, each with their own laundry, both washers AND dryers. There are also 2 more rooms upstairs. I really enjoyed the size of this place especially because in Paris you typically cant get that. The host was very responsive to us. I enjoyed staying here.

Great place!

This apartment was perfect for our friends trip in Paris! Great location - easy to get to everything and quiet neighborhood for the light sleepers in our group. Host was very easy to communicate with before and during the trip. Highly recommend this apartment and look forward to renting it again on our next trip.

Fabulous time in Paris

We had a great stay in Paris. This house accommodated all seven of us with plenty of room to spare. We were able to walk to lots of great cafes and the Seine. Our host was very responsive to all of our questions. We were super sad to leave!!!!

Perfect space for family trip to Paris

The property was perfect. Our crew ranged in age from 7 to 85, and the space was everything we needed. Everyone felt safe and at home. The owner was communicative and accommodating. We will cherish our time as a family in Paris and this beautiful home will be a part of our fond memories.
