Unbelievable location, stunning, comfortable, quiet, and it has every possible amenity and everything we could have possibly wanted. What a fabulous find and stay experience for 4 sibling brothers and wives. Couldnโ€™t have been in a better location and it was so b clean. Thank you wonderful hosts for a fantastic stay!

The property is in a wonderful neighborhood with many little food shops, cafes and is centrally located to major sites. It is also close to a few metro stops. The management is super quick to respond and very helpful, even going so far as to make restaurant reservations for us! Check in seemed complicated at first but after watching the YouTube videos provided it was really quite simple. Also, all the things in the house that can be confusing to use in a foreign country like tv's, washing machines, hot tub etc had a QR code you could scan to watch a short YouTube video on how to operate them. It was really nice to have coffee pods, sugar, and spices provided as well as laundry soap and softener. There are plenty of dishes and glassware provided. One thing I would note, the dryer works but the dry cycle is 3 hours. Don't wait until the last day to wash your clothes. We washed ours, dried them a little and then hung them up on hangars to dry overnight. That worked well.

Gem of a place in a great neighborhood

From check in to check out all was fantastic about this property. Chic, cozy and well appointed throughout. The neighborhood could not be beat! Walkable to everything. My family and I will defiantly make this our Paris go-to place to stay!

Very spacious apartment, Excellent location!

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment in an amazing location. The hot tub in the basement was enjoyable after long days of walking all over the city. Clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to the metro and excellent bakeries and shops. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous apartment!

A fabulous condo in a great location. The place was very large and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub after a long day of activities was so welcome! The decor was eclectic and fun. The owner was wonderful to work with and make accommodations for us. I highly recommend this as an amazing place to stay!

My extended family really enjoyed staying in this spacious apartment. We loved sitting in the courtyard in the morning. The neighborhood was vibrant. There was no lack of places to eat.

Stellar location and outstanding property

The location could not be better. There are an abundance of excellent cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Metro stations are nearby to take you anywhere you want to go. Our street is lively, but the apartment is on the other side of a courtyard from the street and is exceptionally quiet. The apartment is well stocked, and there are QR codes for everything. Our weekโ€™s stay was terrific.

A quiet and beautiful nook amid a bustling neighborhood. Unexpectedly spacious with a beautiful private patio to drink wine and relax. fabulous stay in Le Marais

Amazing property! We had great communication with our hosts and they were very accommodating to store our luggage before our check in The space is large and well equipped, and everything we needed is right outside the door for impromptu dinners at home after long days wandering. We used and really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and steam room. Couldn't have asked for a better accommodation! Thank you so much!

Perfect location

The apartment is in a perfect location, within walking distance of the Marais, Centre Pompidou, wonderful shops and restaurants. Our host was very kind and helpful, with an early check-in and other tips. The apartment is large and very suitable for a group of friends. Only point of attention is that the beds cannot be separated, and some the rooms could do with some fresh air.

Great location & communication with Michael, the host!

Our party of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Some of the furniture and appliances are older, but there was such great character to the flat. The location was great, yet very busy when we arrived on a late Saturday afternoon. It is very walkable to many locations, and many fabulous restaurants, bakery, and stores are within a close vicinity. Highly recommend the bakery across the street. Michael was a great communicator and host. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location

Great central base for our 2 families to explore Paris. Loads of great shops/restaurants/major sites within easy walking distances. Lots of space and felt safe and quiet inside. Essentials only kitchen, bits of furniture slightly tired and dated in some respects, but certainly a cool retro vibe. Hot tub, steam room and sauna definitely appreciated after long days walking (although they are all located in the downstairs bedroom!!) Overall very good.

Great location

The location was great. The flat was very roomy. There were 5 of us and we had a lot of space. The check in process was easy and they were very accommodating. The only thing Iโ€™d say was the furniture was terrible, very worn and broken and uncomfortable. If they could invest in some new furniture the place would be fantastic. But it made the overall place feel rundown.

Heart of Marais

This spacious, open modern apartment is on the first floor in a classic building right in the heart of the Marais but is very quiet thanks to the location in an interior courtyard. Communication with Sebastien was smooth, friendly and accommodating. Lots of modern touches in the apartment from bathrooms, A/V and basement spa.

Exceeded expectations

This was hands down the best rental property I have ever stayed in. It was very spacious and comfortable. The lay out was so nice to be able to spend time with our family. The artwork was amazing and the location was 10/10. There are specialty shops on the street so you can just walk right outside and get the best cheese, bread, macaroons, etc. right there. Check in was so easy Michael was so accommodating.

Le Marais apartment - Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time in Paris! Spacious apartment for 3 adults and 3 kids (15, 14, 12) to hang-out, yet have personal, quiet space when needed. The jacuzzi was an added bonus. We didn't use the sauna(s), but they looked clean and well-kept. All of the appliances worked well. This apartment is surrounded by a ton of shops, but is located in the back of the building so it was very quiet. Easy walk to the subway station. Would absolutely stay here and again, and I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Michael!

Great comfortable location

The home was well appointed with nice little touches such as plug converters, slippers, grocery baskets, etc. Their were also QR codes all over the home to show a tutorial on using certain equipment. We were unable to use the projector because we couldn't figure out how to get sound, but it wasn't an issue as there was a TV to watch next flicks. The lower level spa room was so nice after long days roaming Paris...which this location is great for doing. Short walk to Notre Dam and Louve, plus the water taxi. We had a great stay and i would come back to this place if ever in Paris again.Thank you for the accommodation!!
