This is a 55+ active community in the highly desirable location in the heart of Oro Valley, AZ, but 5 minutes from Tucson. Community has both manufactured homes and site built homes. Walking distance to shopping, groceries, and Riverfront Park is across the street from home. This is a completely Furnished and refurbished 1,300 sq ft mfgd home. Just bring your clothes! The Great Room has a formal dining area, office area, and a family room/TV area. Master suite has a private bath with a soaking tub and a shower, his and her vanities with granite counter tops. You have to see this home to believe the beauty of the decor and the space. Large laundry room with sink and outside entry. You can bring your RV, or boat, etc. there is a parking space for it!!
