The host was very welcoming and responsive. The condo was very comfortable. We really appreciated the location up against the Catalina Mountains and easy access to everything. I especially enjoyed catching the walking trail every morning.

Tucson golf getaway

This property was perfect for our party of four. Wonderful on-site amenities and close to restaurants and shopping. Affordable, high-quality golf nearby as well. Side excursion to Bisbee was well worth the trip. Our host was very approachable and helpful. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

Great Home, Place and Host

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO condo! The owner was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and a pleasure to work with, which made our experience even better. The condo itself is in an ideal location—close to everything you need, from shopping and dining to local attractions. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing environment. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Convenience coupled with great host and location

This the the second year I've stayed at this property. It's a great 2 bedroom with 2 full baths, in excellent shape. Wonderful location in Oro Valley - you can drive anywhere in 1/2 hour. Close to shopping, hiking, botanical garden areas and lots of restaurants. Well-equipped with linens, towels. A little sparse on the cookware if you are going to cook a lot of dinners in. Wan Qin is an exceptionally responsive host and eager to take care of anything you need. He lives in town which is a big plus.

Well maintained condo in the perfect location

This is a wonderful place to stay at! Very quite and safe community, very comfortable bed and clean room. I got good sleeps at night and enjoyed the Mountain View balcony in the days. The community pool and spa were great. Wan was very responsive and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone else!

Good location, lacking in ambiance.

Easy to get around to everything you want to see and do. Although neighbors were quite noisy upstairs, could hear them running around. Also the patio was very small as well as having uncomfortable chairs.

Though I have no way to change the patio size, I will replace the chairs with more comfortable ones shortly. Very Nice Rental in a Good Location

Very nice, well maintained unit in a good location for gettin to Oro Valley restaurants, shopping and activities. There are lots of grass areas to walk pets in the community. The owner was excellent and very responsive. Only negative is that it’s a first floor unit and the unit above was very loud at times, especially at night. But we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

Great Location

Location is close to many things from food, to shopping to hiking. Nice entry system. Kitchen well equipped. Master bedroom setup and bed are very good. One TV in the living room. Covered parking fits average size cars, open parking is actually more convenient for larger vehicles such as pickups. Upstairs is noisy during the day but okay at night. Neighbors are friendly. This one is a good value.

Clean, perfectly functional with great access to community i Oro Valley

We had a terrific stay for 35 days at this first floor condo property. 2 BR and 2 full baths with a nice den and very functional kitchen was great for us. We did cook in most nights and we added a few utensils and baking pans to fill in what we needed in an otherwise very clean and functional kitchen. The property was pet friendly and the complex has many small pooches so we felt at home. The first floor location was an added bonus for taking our dog in and out. Check in was very straightforward. The place was immaculate when we arrived and we were able to get into the property a few days earlier than planned which was very helpful to us. Location was great - close to shopping and other business needs. About a 30 minute drive down Oracle Rd. to downtown Tucson. The host was terrific and very helpful. Always easy to reach. He upgraded the wifi while we were there and we had a few glitches for a few days. He worked tirelessly for 5 days with Comcast until things worked perfectly. Only suggestion would be to replace the small patio furniture with 2 more comfortable chairs. I don't think a table is needed out there. One thing that the host has no control over: The upstairs neighbors - a grandmother and 2 young children - are very noisy for much of the day into early evening. Once 9 p.m. rolled around, all was quiet, but if you need a quiet environment all day, for work from home, this might not work for you. Such is life in an apt. complex. Otherwise, great!

Wonderful, cozy place.

From check in to check out, it was a breeze. Wan was wondering to work with and was very communicative. The place was well stocked with everything I needed. The surrounding area is gorgeous and picturesque with the mountains directly behind the rental. Felt very safe and was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!
