NOTES AND MISC. INFORMATION:

I pay our cleaners well, as I want to provide you with an excellent experience.
Off season discounts for multiple months booked. Just ask.
Normally we book calendar months only however if you need something a little customized....well let's talk, perhaps we can make something work. The HOA and town of Oro Valley do have 30 day minimum for rentals.
We welcome pets on a case by case basis and would love to talk to you about your needs. The yard is fully fenced but only to a height of 31 inches so if your dog is a good jumper it may be an issue.

DESCRIPTION:
Shade in the back yard, sun in the front yard! The front yard ideal for enjoying breakfast with a great view, the back yard is a great place to shelter from the hot sun and offers a partial view.

This home is comfortable for two people but has a decent second bedroom that can accommodate another two. (one King, and one Queen bed). Pets are welcomed (subject to approval of breed and size).
The home is fully equipped. except for cable TV. Local TV antenna brings in approximately 10 local channels. One TV is a smart TV (the other one not so much) so allows you to stream your preferred programing. High speed internet and two televisions so you can bring your own streaming services such as Netflix, Prime etc.

Main bedroom has a King bed medium, while the second bedroom has a Queen medium to firm. The kitchen is well equipped to make you feel at home and allow gourmet meals. (don't I promise we won't drop in on you at dinner time)

Incredible Sun City amenities in Oro Valley such as golf, woodworking, Lapidary, Glass Fusion, Pottery, knitting, sewing etc. etc.

Excellent stay and location

My wife & I found this rental to be outstanding and very reasonably priced. The home was clean & well stocked with essential needs. The neighborhood was quiet & people very friendly. We stayed with our dog for about 5 weeks, while our new home was being built and this place was perfect for us. Phil was very accommodating & helpful to us. We highly recommend this charming home.

Wonderful Home!

Really enjoyed the accommodations here. Phil is a very kind and responsive host. The home is lovely and the neighborhood is beautiful - quiet and peaceful. Cute patio in the back and another patio in the front. The kitchen offers all the appliances and conveniences as well as good Wifi. Comfortable bed and nice large master bathroom. The location is great – resort like surroundings, yet close to restaurants and downtown Tucson. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Sun City Vistoso at its best!

We stayed for 2 months in the home until we purchased a home for ourselves in the northwest part of town. We loved our stay in Sun City. We were given guest passes to use the pool and the gym where we met many friendly neighbors. Phil, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating to us and our small dogs. He was quick to answer any questions we had as well as being a good problem solver when we needed to change our travel plans. The home was very comfortable and relaxing for us. We were very glad to stay in a lovely home in Sun City Vistoso.

Great turn-key place in a terrific location

I rented this home for several weeks and found it absolutely outstanding! It was very clean and well stocked with everything you'll need - just bring your toothbrush and food! It is located in a well-kept quiet neighborhood in Sun City Oro Valley. For a small fee, renters can get a Sun City card which gives access to all facilities. Finally, Phil the owner is easy to communicate with and is very responsive to any questions or needs you might have. I highly recommend this property!
