Summary:
Beautifully updated 3 bedroom condo on the SAND in the coveted, gated Pismo Shores complex!

Steps to downtown Pismo: restaurants, bars, cinnamon rolls, award winning clam chowder and dune buggies. Less than an hour-drive to Hearst Castle, wine tasting in Paso Robles and the seals in Cambria!

PLEASE NOTE- the 14.5% transient fee is the mandatory lodging tax that Pismo Beach requires. Stays of 31 days or longer exempt from this tax.

The Space:
Our tri-level condo has two decks: one large deck overlooking beach and a second deck off the master bedroom. Both have the same breathtaking view of Pismo Beach and make it possible for the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep. The kitchen and bathrooms have been beautifully updated. There is new flooring throughout the entire condo. The pool, spa and club house are literally only steps away.

Guest Access:
The condo is fully furnished and stocked with towels, linens, beach chairs and more. We also provide necessities like shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We have also provided a brand new washer and dryer that is available for your use. There is also a Level2 EV charger in the garage!

The Neighborhood:
The condo's complex is steps from Downtown Pismo. It's a short walk to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping!

Getting Around:
All guests are allowed 2 vehicles. One can park in the garage, the 2nd in a parking spot in the complex.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the city of Pismo Beach requires us to charge a 14.5% lodging tax. That is shown as the management fee in your total.

Due to HOA rules, no more than 8 people and no pets please.

Great location, great beach views

We stayed in Pismo after a visit to Cal Poly. This condo was perfect - we loved the ocean view whenever we wanted - watching families enjoy the sand, surfers in the ocean and couples walking the length of beach. And the location was perfect for exploring Pismo’s shops, restaurants, beach and pier. The hot tub was also great considering the beach was a bit chilly this time of year. I decided to splurge because we rarely get to the coast and it was worth it.

Fabulous Beach Place

My group of friends and I really enjoyed our week at this very comfortable and well appointed townhome. It is on the beach, close to the pier and a block or two from great restaurants and shops! Communication with Olivia was excellent, and I will strongly recommend this property to others!

Great Pismo stay

This place was amazing! The view was worth the stay alone! Being right on the beach with an easy and short walk to the gate to the beach was great! It suited our family with teenagers perfectly. The house was well equipped and laid out well. I love that there are spices, coffee, trash bags, shampoo etc. It makes traveling so much easier and it’s just one less thing to carry. The shops and restaurants are less than 2 blocks away and it’s an easy drive to grocery and outlet stores.

Perfect stay

Pismo Shores is the perfect spot for a family vacation and this condo was just what we needed. Enough rooms and beds for everyone, very clean and well kept, lots of linens and beach towels, lots of kitchen utensils and supplies, and even beach chairs and beach toys. Communication with Olivia was great. We can’t wait to rebook.

Perfect Getaway

Olivia is amazing. Her property is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Set on the beach, easy beach access, a block away from Splash Cafe and all the shops, safe parking and so much more. It honestly doesn't get any better than this in downtown Pismo. Worth every penny.

Wonderful home and location

Our experience in this home was exactly as described. The owner was very attentive to the property and our questions. Right on the beach - great views from both balconies. We liked that the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, and there were even some condiments in the fridge, spices, tupperware, etc and good cooking knives! We would come here again.

Wonderful, Rainy Stay

Perfect location! Even though it rained almost every day, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beachfront views from both balconies! Very close to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable and cozy. Huge TV, recliner and a fireplace. What more could you ask for on the first NFL playoff weekend! Our hosts were extraordinarily helpful and made us feel welcomed and valued. What a great vacation….even in the rain!

Outstanding Ocean Views

My group of friends and I really enjoyed our time at this ocean front townhome. We loved sitting on the deck to watch the waves and experience beautiful sunsets. We also just loved that we could walk to the pier, restaurants, and shops. The complex property also has a pool and hot tub. The unit was very well stocked for all our needs. Communication with Olivia was excellent, and I will strongly recommend this property to others. Overall, we had a great time bringing in the New Year. I would book this unit again.

Perfect property for an amazing Pismo vacation!

We stayed (2 adults and 2 kids) at this property for our spring break vacation. The unit itself we clean and very well appointed. We easily found anything we needed in the kitchen, there were board games and beach toys to use, and even a basket of blankets to wrap up in on the deck at night. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, the unit itself was perfect for our family of 4. The location was also perfect. The beach access was so convenient, and the community pool and hot tub provided a great alternative to the ocean. When you walk outside in the morning the air smells like cinnamon rolls, and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute walk. This was our 4th trip to the Pismo area, and our favorite place to stay so far.

Perfect beach front getaway!

First time user of VRBO and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The homeowner was always very prompt returning any questions I had (before and during the trip) regarding the property. Second, the property itself was awesome. It is beach front (can't get better than that) so no one or nothing to obstruct your view of ocean. We were there for July 4th celebration and never left the balcony/patio. We had front row seats to the fireworks and never had to fight for parking or battle the traffic. The condo itself has been remodeled and is up to date and very clean. Everything we could want was already stocked in the place, from bedding, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen (minus food/drink). Location is a very short walk to downtown Pismo where we enjoyed many good resturants. Thank you for opening your home to others so we could enjoy it. We will be back.

Beautiful view, perfect patio

We love this house and set up. knowing my kids ages 3 + 6 would need a mid-day break from activities we opted for this house right on the beach so we could enjoy the view even when hanging at the house. Very well stocked, clean and perfect location with the pool and beach steps away. The community pool was quiet in the mornings so we went then and the kids loved it. Host was communicative and helpful. While the house was perfect, I do feel the need to note this about pismo beach generally during covid times - I felt safe being in the house and at the beach late in the day walking down further away from the pier. the location was so close to restaurants and shops, usually so ideal, it was a little difficult with so many people maskless. A guy walking by us, one of the few wearing a mask welcomed us to “covid beach”. Yikes! So we did food delivery and avoided the crowd altogether.

Wonderful Beach-Front Stay!

We loved our time here! We could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up having coffee while watching the waves - such an amazing location! The complex has a nice hot tub as well to help warm up if you do dip into the cold ocean water. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a lot and even make Thanksgiving dinner! The host was extremely helpful and thoughtful - just an overall wonderful stay!
