Great location if you have a boat - no bridges to ICW and close to Stumps Pass and many great beaches.

Great location, close to marinas and beaches. House is very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Living area, bedrooms and bath upstairs. Lower level gane room with walkout to pool. Plenty of outdoor seating.
