Plantation Golf & Country Club - Beautiful Remodeled Condo with Club Membership

Venice is a great little area. Ideally located just South of Sarasota and North of Fort Myers.

Our home is fully loaded with high quality linens and a fully stocked kitchen ready for entertaining. Remodeled Master bath and Kitchen. The master bath has a huge shower and the guest bath is fit out with a soaking tub. Directly on the golf course you can't beat the views.

Includes Social Membership which includes: Tennis, Fitness Center, full access to club including multiple dining establishments with events held daily, Pool and Lounges, limited golf.

You will find fantastic beaches within 10 minutes of our home, plenty of golf as well as other sports and activities are easily accessible. There are many eating establishments to choose from which include; reputable chains, friendly personalized “hotspots” and high end establishments all in close proximity.

Venice is filled with quaint old world charm – the Historical Island of Venice is about a 10 minute drive and has a terrific feel filled with shops, restaurants a town green and much more. Grab a burger at TJ Carney’s or take in a show at the Venice Playhouse. On the mainland you can find nearly every big box retailer or choose from a variety of malls all within a short drive including St. Armand’s Circle, a unique area which has beautiful boutiques and restaurants – great for a special day/night out.

Beaches galore, Venice has many great beaches and you are a short drive to top 10 beaches like Siesta Key, Manasota Key, Englewood, Nokomis and more.

For the baseball fans; this is a home run... More than 9 major league spring training camps within one hour or less. Come watch the pros in the relaxed setting of a neighborhood park. Atlanta Braves training camp and all year event center is a mile away.

Sarasota – is the “city” of the Central Southwest. It has many art and cultural centers. There is a catalog of local events and activities at the house to get you started.

Lastly; Tampa, Orlando and Naples are all a 2 hour drive or less with all the amusement parks, casinos and shopping you could visit in a decade.

Kelly’s place had beautiful updated bathrooms and a modern kitchen with a large serving counter. It was very clean and well stocked with everything I needed. The first floor location made it easy to go in and out. The lanai had a tranquil golf course view. I was very comfortable there.

Plantation condo

Arrived to find the place nice and clean but the place had a worn feel about it. The second week in, the bathroom exhaust fan failed and we notified the owner. It took a week and 1 missed visit from the repairman. The fan was fixed in 1 visit which was good. The club house and golf course where not available to the renter but there were pools one could use in each of the surrounding areas. The place was nice enough that we enjoyed our stay. The one hit I would give is that there was no allowance for one to use the golf course. Even with an extra fee. The course was not that crowded such that I would think they would invite a paying customer. This course was not that elite to warrant private membership.

We enjoyed our stay in Venice at Kelly's beautiful condo. The location is very accessible to the interstate, stores, and necessities. Kelly is very accommodating and responsive! The back porch is very relaxing with a view of the golf course. Excellent!

A Family Christmas

It was so nice to find a place in the Plantation to have my family close to where we live here in Venice. It was easy for them to get back and forth and to get to our home quickly. Kelly made sure that everything that they needed was at their reach. Their place is lovely, spacious and very accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay and I will be booking again for upcoming events with our family. Thank you for absolutely everything and making our stay easy and problem free.

We spent a lovely week in Kelly’s condo. It was as described and everything we needed was there. Unfortunetly due to red tide, we did not go to the beaches and utilized the community pool. Nice Place

The condo is exactly as described. It was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. My family spent about 10 days here and it was the perfect home base for the holidays. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for family accommodations in Venice. Beautiful! How delightful it was to enter and see the beautiful view and the model-home colors, furniture and amenities. Everything is new and immaculate. The location has a "million-dollar" view. We stayed one month and it was everything we wanted and much more. The owners handled everything professionally and they are very customer focused. We will absolutely stay again and refer this to family and friends. Thanks for everything! And Venice is truly "Paradise".

We moved to Florida in 2005 for work/school and were drawn to Venice. Born and raised in the NorthEast, I was taken by the beautiful beaches and amazing weather. While work has brought us back up North we love our little slice of heaven in the South.

Why they chose this property

We just fell in love with the area. It was so charming and beautiful without being overdeveloped. The beaches were pure white sand, the water clear and the most amazing colors of blue and green. The center of town was perfect old Florida with all of the modern amenities we are used to close by and bunch of hidden gems to call our own.
What I liked best is that it is Always sunny. Being from the NorthEast I love the changing seasons but down here I am always happy because the sun is always shining...

What makes this property unique

Our place is peaceful. Right on a pristine golf course and no more than ten minutes away from anything we need or want.
