Cute log cabin nestled in a quiet area in the pine trees near the shore of Cascade Lake close to Pelican Cove. Walking distance to sandy beaches and day use area, with a boat launch ramp, golf course and restaurant all within 2 miles. Our cozy dog friendly (with a fee per stay) cabin offers enough beds to sleep 4 adults comfortably. With 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and the bonus room has 2 queen beds there is plenty of room for everyone. 1 full size bathroom with tub and shower downstairs, and another 1/2 bath upstairs. Living area has comfy couches and a cozy area for reading. Wood fireplace to help take the chill off those beautiful nights. A large 47" H.D. Smart tv with dish. Fully equip kitchen with everything you would need to create a delicious meal. Two nice size decks off the back of the cabin allow you to enjoy nature. Out door fire pit and barbecue for cooking outdoors. With hiking, skiing, boating, snowmobiling, ice-fishing, all around you there is so much to enjoy! We do have 2 outdoor cameras on property one is on the front porch and one is located on the back deck. These cameras will be turned off shortly after you arrive.

Great place in a nice location. Great amenities to use at the lake or for use around the property. The place had everything you could think of to have a great time hanging out at the cabin from BBQing, to playing cornhole or boardgames.

If you want to be one minute from Lake Cascade… stay in a cute and cozy cabin… have a private and very quiet backyard with a fire pit, grill, and picnic table — then this is your place!

Great, clean, and recently updated cabin. Fully equipped kitchen, and nicely furnished. The wood stove is the best way to heat the cabin and it does so very well. The stove is very easy to manage. The location is very quiet and just the right distance from the more populated neighborhood up the street.The cabin is also far superior to others we've stayed in, with considerations of managing younger kids.Check-in and check-out was super easy and all communication was excellent. All questions were answered immediately.We would happily stay here again!

Super cute and the hosts got us all the info well in advance. It was well stocked and very clean and organized. I went with my husband, mom, and our 2 dogs. The lake view is filtered just like the post said and it was an easy walk to the lake with my mom.

Such a lovely cabin, so generously stocked, we loved every minute of it, we did get so many mosquitos bites after applying repellent so maybe a bug zapper would be great, dogs and children had a blast.

Great location, cozy house and great communication with hosts. I love that they host dogs and so appreciated all their beach chairs/beach umbrella! I wished there was a tv in the downstairs bedroom and it did get hot in the house during the day but I bet the winters are pretty comfortable. Overall it was amazing!

Our stay was incredible! Chris and Diane thought of EVERYTHING! From tons of shower towels, dish towels, and beach towels. To great pots and pans and knives that actually cut! We always cook a lot so having a kitchen that actually has everything you need including tons of spices and a coffee bar just made everything so exciting when I went to grab something and it was actually there! The home was so cozy and hit all the checks for a perfect cabin getaway! Plenty of heaters, blankets, and family games to play! Chris and Diane were quick to respond and made this weekend exactly what our family needed!

Great cabin location. Very well stocked, cozy, very clean. Town super close and quaint. Lake access a very quick car ride or bike ride. Upstairs did heat up significantly throughout the day. Fans are provided, but it still took until 10pm to be cool enough to sleep for my two children.

We have lived in Meridian Idaho for the past 19 years and have always dreamed of having our own cabin at the lake. We love having our home away from home and want to share it with others. Time spent with family and friends is important to us and we want other to be able to enjoy our little slice of heaven.

Why they chose this property

We feel our cabin is located in the perfect area to enjoy all that Cascade has to offer. Close to boat launch, hiking, golfing, skiing, and a short drive to town, with grocery store, geothermal pool, movie theater, restaurants and more. Not to mention the Roxy Theatre, Kelly's Whitewater Park, Gold Fork Hot Springs all near by.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to lake, with nice sandy beach and picnic area. Golf course near by with bar and restaurant. Located down a quite dirt road where you can mountain bike, ATV or hike directly out the front door.
