Whatever your reason for traveling to Virginia Beach, we would love to have you stay on our property we have coined Twenty Two Neptune West. Located on 22nd Street about 5 blocks to the oceanfront and boardwalk, these homes are an easy walk (about five to six minute walk) to beach attractions and nightlife with direct access to Interstate 264.

This particular house is a five-bedroom modern farmhouse-style townhome with hand selected furnishings, custom designed fabrics, hardwoods downstairs and plush carpet upstairs. Upon entering the home from the rear French doors using the keyless entry door code given upon arrival, you will see a large, open concept, fully stocked kitchen and living area. With high ceilings, a comfy living space meant for gathering with a large TV, a porch with Adirondack chairs, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the cookware you need to prepare the largest of meals, you'll feel right at home.

The large laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with a vacuum, broom, iron, ironing board and laundry hamper, conveniently located on the first floor. The dining room features a large farmhouse table with ample seating for up to 10-12 people. A powder room is located on the first floor for your convenience as well.

This house boasts five beautifully decorated bedrooms which are dispersed among the second and third floors. Please note, there are steep stairs in these homes. The primary suite, located on the second floor, features a king-sized bed, a large smart TV, a private porch with rockers as well as a master bath and large walk-in closet. There is a large bathroom located in the second floor hallway for the two queen-sized bedrooms. All bedrooms have a smart TV mounted on the wall.

The third floor features the twin bedroom with two twin beds, another bedroom with two bunk beds of which have two twin beds each (total of 6 twin beds on the third floor) and a large loft space for lounging and smart TV watching. The best part of the loft? Three arcade games and bean bags!

Each house on this property offers on-site private parking for two vehicles. This homeowner offers 25th Street Parking Garage passes, three total, for a fee if you all need additional overnight parking.

We provide two towel sets per bedroom (more available upon request for a linen rental fee). A starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels provided, as well. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed. There is a standard coffee maker in each home and the kitchens are equipped with essentials for cooking and preparing meals. Free WiFi in all houses.

In terms of location, our property is in the heart of Virginia Beach and walking distance to the best restaurants, night life and live entertainment. The Sports Center, Virginia Beach Convention Center and Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center are walking distance as well. Golf courses, putt putt golf, ice cream shops, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues and other entertainment activities are nearby.

Some Important Points:

If you have booked a stay longer than 2 weeks, you will be responsible for providing your own bed sheets and bath towels as our linen rental company cannot cover this duration of time. For all short term rentals, we will provide your bed sheets and bath towels.

There are two guaranteed parking spaces for our four bedrooms. With check-in details, we provide information on the municipal parking garages around the neighborhood available for overnight parking should you have an additional car. You cannot park on 22nd Street overnight or you will receive a ticket from the city.

Beach equipment and bikes are not included but we do offer concierge rentals. These rentals will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure. We also offer baby equipment rentals if you don't want to haul the crib/pack n play, stroller, etc. This information is outlined in your complimentary guest app you are given access to upon booking.

NO early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season (May through September). We get bombarded with these requests daily, and it is stressful for housekeeping as they often have 28 houses to flip. Unless absolutely essential, please plan to adhere to the 4 PM check in and 10:30 AM check out.
