We've stayed here before and knew once we were coming back to VA Beach we had to book this place again. It's great for our large group and the amount of bathrooms for all of us after a long kickball tournament is excellent. It's a house that gives everyone their space while still keeping things centralized and together. Will be booking again.

Great place for our extended family getaway

Beach house was perfect location for a quick weekend getaway. We loved being able to walk over to Croatian beach for sunrise. Host was super responsive and allowed us to check in early and check out late which was a huge help!

Betsy was very responsive to communication. To a Midwesterner, Virginia prices seem a bit high. Nothing about this was a surprise, though, her communication is very clear on her listing. But her lovely Croatan Beach home was worth the rental price. We easily accommodated our large group for sleeping, and the two master suites are a bonus! The kitchen is well-equipped, and it was easy to prepare meals for our six-family groups. The main living floor provides two comfortable settings for socializing.The outdoor hot tub on the ground level was very convenient. The multiple decks and bathrooms served our many people well. The top level deck has a great view!Access to the beach is convenient. Betsy's instructions about rinsing feet upon your return is well-supported by the two outdoor hoses. If we lived closer, I would be saving now for a return visit!

Great place to stay. House is nice and well I outfitted. Teenagers enjoyed the top floor. Great location. Would stay here again. Property owner was attentive and nice to work with.

Betsy was very welcoming and accommodating. Our stay was booked just days before our arrival. We had to attend a funeral. Staying in a home was better environment. Loved the quick walk to the ocean/beach. Beautiful neighborhood. I had packed my house supplies, but was pleasantly surprised at the hand soap at every sink. Toilet tissue in the bathrooms, etc. There were ample towels.

Plenty of room and our group just LOVED staying here. Only a block or 2 from the beach, right over a cute walking bridge to the beach. I could have stayed for weeks. The host was my ideal host; responsive, understanding and has the best, detailed property manual to handle the house in any capacity. Definitely one of my favorite stays
