We had a great stay at the apartment. It was very clean, well-equipped, and the kitchen was spacious and convenient. There is also a large parking area, which was very helpful. Clean, well kept, spacious and luxurious home that fits perfectly in size and color scheme into the Moab scenery. Kitchen is well equipped. We appreciated the paper towels, tissues and soaps in excess quantities so we never had to get extra errands to stores. Cyclist friendly home. Parking was safe and easy. Short stroll to downtown cafes and restaurants. Perfect ride distance to parks, trailheads and the Colorado River. A wonderfully cool refuge after a hot day in the Arches. A perfect fit for our family with young adults.

Great spot in Moab!

If you’re staying in Moab to have an adventure, this home puts you in an incredibly convenient spot to get in and out of Moab easily. We would stay here again!

This place was perfect for the 5 of us! Only a few blocks from downtown, we could walk to at least 20 different restaurants/bakeries/coffee shops all within 1/2 mile. Beds are comfy, place was immaculately clean, kitchen stocked, basic spices, tea and coffee were available, Nice outdoor area that backs to open space. Quiet neighborhood. Pictures and listing is 100% accurate. Host was easy to get ahold of prior to visit and we didn't need anything during visit. I wish there was a recycling bin, but that isn't available everywhere unfortunately. Would definitely stay here again!

June in Moab

The unit was gorgeous and just as advertised, I just wish we had more time to spend here. We were only in a few days but it was a great place to unwind and relax after touring the local national parks. Hope to come again soon!

Moab in-town rental

This property worked very well for our group of 6. It was convenient for the Moab Folk Festival and for restaurants in town. It is pretty well equiped and the furnishings were great.

Jack was great, very accommodating! Responded quickly and went above and beyond to help retrieve something we left there after we checked-out. Townhouse is in an excellent location. Walking distance to everything we needed. Wonderful kitchen and patio where we enjoyed breakfast and lunch. Loved having washer and dryer for hiking and cycling clothes.
