ENTIRE HOME
Spacious (3300 sq ft) home on 1.5 acres located just a few miles from town with mountain views. It's a 3 minute drive/20 min walk to Chelan and just 6 miles from Manson. The beautiful craftsman comfortably sleeps 12, boasts 2 master suites with private baths & king size beds, plus 3 more bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. There are plenty of beds and no one has to sleep on a hide-a-bed or futon. This home offers privacy and space for multiple families, there is plenty of room to park your boat. Relax after a day on the lake in the hot tub or gather on the back deck for a BBQ and spend time together. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully-stocked kitchen or try one of the many Wineries or Restaurants that the area has to offer. Vin Du Lac Winery is a 2 min drive or 14 min walk and Lake Chelan Winery is a 7min drive - there are many more wineries in the Valley. Less than a mile from the Chelan Municipal Golf Course.

No PETS – Dog has been in the house but no pets allowed.

Great Property

We were in Chelan for a wedding. This was a great home and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and large dining room table with room for everyone and even played croquet. Hosts were terrific.

Family get together in Chelan

The house was great. It was very big and the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we ever stayed at. There is also a fruit stand that would have fresh eggs and peaches and they were amazing. Location was also great. It was close to everything. Here are some things time consider when staying here. Keep in mind my comments are going to have our experience when traveling with 2-14month olds. 1. The house is very warm and welcoming but there are a lot of decorations. Only an issue if to have small toddlers who want to get at everything. We had to move a lot of stuff around just so our boys wouldn't try to play with some of the stuff. 2. The main house has A/C but not all the rooms do. There were 2 rooms that just had a fan and it did get quite warm in there and keep in mind the high in chelan when we stayed there was about in the high 80s low 90s. So if the temps get even higher you may be a bit uncomfortable if you stay in any of those rooms. 3. The grass area was amazing for the kids to run around and play frisbee or soccer. The garage is also well stocked with lots of inflatables and yard toys. However one thing that wasn't clear to us was that there would be watering of the lawn. Wasn't too much of an issue except one evening we wanted to play out side but the yard was being watered. 4. The house area is shared and you can feel it. For the most part everyone kept to themselves but just wasn't as private as i imagined.

Convenient Location near the lake!

Cozy home with alot of space for roaming. The house was a little warm when we got there but Melissa was accommodating and helped get the A/C to a comfortable temperature. I came with a group of 10 and we all loved it. I recommend walking up the hill in the neighborhood for the sunset.

They had everything we needed including amazing kitchen items and extra fridge and freezer! Beds and bedding very comfortable. Showers water pressure super. Very clean. Very comfortable. Owners fast response to extra needs made the stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful overall property. Close to town and walking trail.

Great place for a group in Chelan

The house was nice, spacious, and had a huge yard for yard games (some supplied in garage). Close to both Chelan and Manson so things are quite easy to get to. Plenty of beds so can easily accommodate a group. Overall would recommend.

An amazing home with an amazing property, the Dietrich family was more than accommodating and provided our party with very clear and detailed instructions. Very big lawn allowed us a lot of room and with the providing multiple lawn games we were able to put it to good use. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again! Thank you!

Lake Chelan Getaway

This property is absolutely beautiful! There are so many suprising details and amenities about this place that made our stay very special. The large kitchen made making meals for our 12 person group a breeze. There was plenty of space for everyone and beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

Nice stay in Chelan

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The house was clean and well equipped. The kids enjoyed playing in the large yard and the central location was great. We had some challenges with the wifi connection at times, but other than that no other issues. We would recommend it and stay again.

Great House & Great Location

The house had tons of room four our group of 9. The yard was a great place to enjoy throwing the football around as well as a game of Spikeball. We were only a 5minute drive from downtown which made accessing everything in Chelan super easy!

Lake Chelan Weekend Getaway

Why they chose this property

Our house sits on 1.5 acres and we own the 6 acres next to us - you have a buffer. If you want to be jam packed into a housing development with your neighbors in arms reach, you will not find this home a good fit. This place is for those who want to be outside and enjoy the outdoors.

What makes this property unique

Our house offers guest privacy and accomodates the guests to gather in large groups. Our focus is being outdoors and family time. We do not have large fancy TV's and surround sound. Memories are created by being together, not staring at a screen.
