Direct Ocean Front condo located on highly sought after South Forest Beach. This ground floor unit is located with a direct ocean front view, very easy access to the walkway (within 10 feet from the patio) and 100 feet to the beach and new heated pool. There are no stairs which makes this very easy for families with small children to people who have difficulty with stairs. The ocean front lawn, 6 person patio table and captains chairs provide the perfect outdoor area great for grilling or playing games like corn hole (provided). Just completed renovations include new flooring, bathroom updates, electronics, and furniture. Beach chairs/cart, games and an umbrella are provided. Digital cable and wifi with new smart TV's for your enjoyment. There are newly purchased mattresses in every room. A very comfortable nights sleep is in store for you!

Golf Trip

My father and I had an excellent stay at this property. Everything was as advertised, place was extremely clean and well maintained. The host was also very quick to respond if needed. The highlight was the location with proximity to the beach and the town for restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully remodeled property

Gorgeous property with everything you could possibly need for a week at the beach. Remodeled property is beautifully done. There are even beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards and more included for use.

Great stay!

This condo had it all!! It was clean, decorated nicely, and more than comfortable for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 and 3 year old). The walk to the beach was right outside the back patio door and the pool was a couple steps through the front door. We would love to stay here again next time we come back. Highly recommend ocean club 45!

Great Oceanfront Villa

Beautiful condo in Ocean Club. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable. Incredible location. Beautiful views. Listen to the waves in the evening and enjoy the sunrise in the morning. Can’t wait to get back to Ocean Club 45 again soon.

Great Spring Break in Hilton Head

This is a great place to stay for a beach vacation in Hilton Head. The location was perfect. Close enough to walk or bike to Coligny Beach but just far enough away to avoid the big crowd on the beach. This condo is equipped with everything we needed and nice and updated. My only issue was the pillows were all super flat and uncomfortable but other than that everything was great.

Absolutely wonderful

We have been coming to HHI for over 10 years and this is the first place that we have wanted to book again for next year. The location was fabulous, the condo itself was perfect for our family of 5, we loved the extras like beach chairs and toys, gas grill, extra pillows and blankets. The upgrades are beautiful and the master bed felt like a cloud. We hope to come again next year - we were all sad to leave.

Literally perfect

Perfect location, perfect unit. Heated pool out that front door, ocean out the back door in a small, quiet complex. We had two teens with us, and they loved the freedom of being able to walk out to the pool or beach depending on their mood. Coligny Plaza shopping and restaurants were walkable. The back gate to Sea Pines was right down the road, making it easy to get to Harbour Town and South Beach Marina for lunch at The Salty Dog. The unit was updated and clean. We definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat.

John and Donna Ballas live just north of Charlotte NC in the Lake Norman area. We love Hilton Head beacause of the laid back atmosphere. The beaches are beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor activities and restaurants to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

We love Ocean Club because it is a small community of only 52 units. Also, South Forest Beach is convenient to everything. We love that it is a small community and has a heated pool.

What makes this property unique

We feel that having a ground floor oceanfront unit gives us access to the beach as well as having outdoor patio space to grill out and enjoy games on the lawn. We can walk right in without going up an elevator and walking down long hallways. Because Ocean Club is only 52 units you don't have crowds at the pool. Also the pool has been redone and it is heated. The pool furniture is also new.
