This beautiful villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the sought after area of South Forest Beach features a lovely courtyard and swimming pool and is just a 1-minute walk to the beach! The main floor with comfy furnishings lends itself to entertaining with a large flat screen TV (perfect for movie nights!) and an open, spacious living area. There's also a sofa sleeper for extra guests. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing snacks to enjoy on your patio, or gourmet meals to serve the family around the dining table for six. There is also a combo coffee maker/Keurig maker. A gas grill on the patio is perfect for those family BBQs! Not in the mood to cook?
