Well kept nicely appointed property in a cozy, quiet, conveniently located community. Perfect for our family this was our 3rd year in a row staying here. Our host Larry was easy to contact and very responsive. everything went very smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year.

The house was a great place for the family to stay over spring break. Plenty of room, everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach was there waiting for us. All in all a great place for us to stay.

Our stay in Palmetto Dunes was wonderful. The villa was as described and worked really well for my wife and I and our two adult children. The villa was very convenient and walkable to the beach, and the location on the canal was very pleasant. Larry was extremely communicative, and he was able to accommodate a slightly early arrival. We would definitely book again.

Perfect spot for beach and pools.

We enjoyed the quiet area and easily accessed uncrowded beach. The deck was a relaxing spot to sit by the waterway watching kayakers and spying on alligators and bird life .

Great Getaway!

Nice quiet location. Easy access to beach and pools! Everything is close by and the accommodations were perfect for what we wanted. Take a stroll on the beach to Coligny, canoe the lagoon, get what you need from the general store, or have a ton of options right outside the complex!

Nice week getaway in HHI

The location and size of this house was perfect for our family vacation to Hilton Head. Beach is just a short walk and so are the pools. The plantation was very nice too, lots of trails and things to do. Definitely recommend it!
