Leave sheets on the beds (Please DO NOT strip comforters, bedsheets, pillowcases, zippered pillow covers, or bed pads)
Turn off all lights and appliances Leave ceiling fans on
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest required to sign Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking
Security Deposit up to $500.00 required

The three of us truly enjoyed our time at 16. Neighbors were friendly and helphul on where to dine affordably. Easy access to the private beach, which is a big plus. Pool swimmers were gone by 10pm. We recommend staying here.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation - walk to the beach right across the street, or hop in the pool right out the back door. The home was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had excellent cookware which is always a big deal for me. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!
