Privately owned, fully equipped Caribbean Villa, on the grounds of the 5-Star Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. Beautifully decorated by an architect and Interior Designer, fully air-conditioned. Gorgeous view of golf course and ocean from balcony.

Master bedroom with King size bed, Flat Screen TV, DVD, CD player and private bathroom. Second bedroom recently renovated with 1 full + 2 twin size bed and NEW mezzanine, Flat Screen TV. Living room includes Queen Sofa Sleeper + Mezzanine (considered as 3rd bedroom), includes full size sofa sleeper and office area. Fully equipped spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a built-in refreshment cooler and dining area (seats 8). Washer/Dryer in the unit.

Unit is also furnished with port-a-crib and highchair and bed rail (upon request), children's beach toys, books and magazines.

Beautiful condo with stunning views

Loved the condo and the property- only thing that would make it better is to have beach club access. Will definitely be back! Katherine was a great host!

Lovely place

Katherine was prompt with communication and thoughtful with details for our stay. Overall we had a great time! The view from the balcony was relaxing, the holla had all the amenities needed and the Rio mar golf cart community had something for all ages.

Our month stay went well and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Katherine responded promptly to any questions that we had. The view from the patio was excellent and we took advantage of it. One suggestion we would have is that a binder of information regarding the property be made available to include trash disposal and use of remotes for various fixtures as well as suggestions for local restaurants and items of interest in the area. We fully expect to return to the PR in the future.

Spacious, Great view and nicely decorated

The views from the villa were awesome. We were there for new years eve and from the villa you can see all the fireworks from different properties inlcuding the hotel. The villa was very spacious and the interior design was very nice. Kathy was available for any questions we had, communication was not a problem.This is a great villa to spend time with family!
