Spacious, beautifully maintained comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood near the bike trail. Cape Cod bay is 1 mile away, as well the national seashore and many other attractions. Our property has a large deck, a screened sun porch, large outdoor shower, and lovely landscaping. Enjoy our private, neighborhood tennis and pickle ball courts and close proximity to bay, ocean and ponds, and just pedals away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. This pristine home is close to everything you'll want to do with family and friends.

Beautiful spacious sun porch with sliders to a large furnished deck. Large outdoor shower, which is a must! 4K curved screen TV in an expansive family room comfortable for gathering with sliders out to the large deck. Numerous amenities that will have you feeling right at home. Private neighborhood tennis and pickle ball courts just add to the feeling of being spoiled on your well deserved vacation.
