The Space:

This lovely vacation home, located on the bayside of Eastham, offers the ideal combination of comfort and convenience, and is the perfect place to spend your summer vacation with the family. Hop on your bicycle and in three minutes you will be at the Cape Cod Rail Trail, where you can enjoy a the remarkably picturesque scenery and experience many of the wooded forests, lakes and quiet kettle ponds, salt marshes, bogs, winding creeks, and sandy beaches that the Lower Cape has to offer. First Encounter beach is a just a few minutes drive from the home, as well as Herring Pond and Boat Meadow.



Walk through the door and enter our wonderful three-season sunroom, which connects to the newly-updated deck and outdoor shower. Mature trees surround the backyard, creating a private setting for afternoons outside and evenings gathered around the fire pit. Inside, an updated kitchen opens to a spacious dining area and comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and Smart TV. Downstairs, the basement adds another place to hang out with a ping pong table, mini air hockey, lounge area, and TV.



The home sleeps nine guests across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first floor features a queen bedroom, while upstairs you'll find a king bedroom with a twin trundle and another bedroom with a full bed and two twin beds. Window and floor A/C units, along with a second-floor mini-split, keep the home comfortable throughout the summer. A washer and dryer are located in the basement, and dogs are welcome to join you for your stay.
