Such a cute and cozy home in a beautiful location! The proximity to the bay was the perfect walk for optimum beach time and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our golden retriever to join in on the vacation too! Mary, the property manager, was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Really lovely stay in Brewster. The house was great for us, had plenty of space, and we loved having the backyard for our dog to run around in. All of the other basics were all taken care of too like having the charcoal for the grill, being able to do laundry, and beach towels and chairs. We loved the location too, nice to be able to walk to the beach, and very accessible to see other parts of the cape. Mary was very informative and helpful too, and made the stay easy. Already thinking about coming back for next summer.

Perfect House

This was the perfect house for a stay by the bay. The house is done very nicely, but was also perfect for our four year old and three year old. They especially loved playing in the back yard. Location is also great. You can walk to the beach, drive, or do a combination if you want to. Lots of good spots just a short drive away and very close to the Brewster General Store and ice cream! It was a perfect stay. Kudos to Mary as well--great property manager.

Wonderful Beach cottage for families

We had a wonderful time in this cute cape cod beach house. The fenced in backyard is lovely and absolutely perfect for the family to gather after a day at the beach. The inside is very cozy and we were very comfortable here. Restaurants and beaches are very close by. Scoops (ice cream store) and the general store are exactly 1 mile away. The best part for us was the little beach that was about an 8 minute walk from the house. Cape cod beaches are hard to get into as the parking lots fill up quickly so this was a lovely treat for us to have a beach that was walking distance from the house. The neighborhood is very friendly, family oriented and safe. We truly had a great time here and would definitely love to come back again! The property manager (Mary) was very thorough and responsive. We never had to wait for any information pertaining to our stay and she was extremely helpful with any questions that we had.
