South of Ventura a1000 SQ feet apartment in a quiet and green area of Tarzana, CA. It has beautiful large master bedroom with attached powder room, the toilet has its separate entrance , large dinning area .High ceiling with private entrance door.

The bedroom has king bed and we have sofa bed in our common aria
Beautiful decoration, close to highway, close to mountain, and trails. safe neighborhood that feels like a world away from busy city life, but is in fact only minutes from stores, Restaurant and entertainment.

Wireless DSL & satellite TV. It is 30 minutes from Malibu, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Universal Studio and about less than one hour from Disney Land and Magic Mountain..

Perfect Stay

This bright one-bedroom apartment couldn’t have been more perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, clean & well appointed & only 4 miles from our son & his wife in Woodland Hills - the primary reason for our stay. The view of the backyard patio & garden, the golf course & hills beyond was lovely. It had easy access to several food stores & pharmacies. Fataneh & Mehrdad were perfect hosts who promptly responded to the few needs we had during our stay. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will not hesitate to stay with them again.

Excellent!! Spacious unit in a BEAUTIFUL neighborhood!

This was the BEST stay my husband & I have had using Vrbo!! The apartment was BEAUTIFUL, very clean, super comfortable, private, very spacious with high ceilings, as well as a large walk-in closet. It was better then the photos!! There’s also a parking spot in the driveway. The location was perfect, close to the freeway to access all locations LA has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet & beautiful as well, just minutes away from lots of local restaurants along Ventura Blvd. Check in/Check out was easy, Fay was very sweet & accommodating. If we visit LA in the future we would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this apartment! Thank you again Fay, it was a pleasure meeting you, we loved our stay!!

Perfect Getaway

Fay was the perfect host! We arrived to our beautiful apartment and was greeted by our host:) She had goodies for my kiddo. When we walked into the apartment it was beyond expectations from the pictures provided online. It was beautiful inside and out. We had all the amenities needed to make our stay more than comfortable. We had a great parking area that was covered. Great area of Tanzania with coffee down the hill as well as donuts and a supermarket. We will definitely be back to stay:)

Hideaway in Tarzana

This great one bedroom apartment is located 1 mile from the freeway giving you access to all LA has to offer. The hosts were so accommodating, responding quickly to our questions or needs. Would definitely stay here again when returning to the area.

New Years retreat

This was our second time this wonderful place. The owners are so nice and helpful. Any questions we had they answered right away and really took care of anything we need. We will always have great memories here as we got engaged during our stay. We will be back for sure.

We've stayed in Fataneh's one-bedroom unit above her garage several times before, and it's always a pleasure. She is very considerate, helpful and friendly, and the unit itself is kept so clean as well as being spacious, well furnished, very private and quiet. We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Thank you, Fataneh!

Excellent spacious unit in a quiet LA neighborhood

This unit is a large 1-bedroom apartment on top of the garage of a house in Tarzana. It has a separate entrance and is very private, there is also a parking space in the driveway, and the entire property is adjacent to a golf course. The furnishings are very nice, the bathroom is large and there is a full kitchen. The owner takes immaculate care of it, is we have greatly enjoyed staying there when we visit family in LA. It is also just a short distance to the freeway. You couldn't ask for anything better.

Lovely Property

This was my first experience doing a VRBO, and it couldn't have gone any smoother. The house is more beautiful than the pictures can convey. Fataneh was there to greet us and to show us around. There were written instructions on how everything runs in the house, including Wifi, and she was just a phone call away if we needed anything. Great view, very spacious, nice kitchen, washer and dryer. On a quiet street in Tarzana, but very easy to get to main roads and highways. Perfect for couples, or families. Fataneh, Thank you!
