The villa is composed of 2 independent floors with a completely flat and closed plot of 800 m2 approx. and an interior area of ​​160 m2 approx.

A short distance will allow you to access the sandy beach "Puerto Blanco" (1.8 km), restaurants and marina (1.8 km) downtown Calpe and supermarket (2.8 km).
