Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location - so close to the water! We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Comfy swivel chairs in the living room. Love having a ceiling fan in the master. Air conditioning was in tip top shape and we were so comfortable. King bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was better than expected! Lots of storage/closets.

The property was clean, comfortable, and stocked well with plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We loved the ocean view and easy accessibility to walk out there. We love Kure Beach. My dad grew up there and I have fond memories as a child playing on Kure Beach. Thanks for a lovely clean place to stay, with reasonable pricing.

We checked in on a Saturday & had no wifi/internet. Contacted A1 to let them know. The lady I spoke with said she would follow back up with me & didnt. Contacted the after hours later that evening & spoke with Gavin. He is only person that stay in contact with us though out the weekend while he attempted to resolve the issue. We finally got service at 5:30 pm Monday. Gavin went above & beyond to get us service. The condo was really nice but does need a little TLC & definitely needs a new king mattress. The springs in the mattress were uncomfortable. We definitely recommend this condo & hope to stay again.

The view was phenomenal it was like being on a cruise ship. The place was well decorated clean, check in was seamless. You will note be disappointed in your stay here I am looking forward to coming back.

Awesome property!!

The condo's location on Kure Beach was just incredible, and we loved staying there. Everything was very high end, and the sight and sound of the ocean was peaceful and tranquil. The hot tub at the rec center was OK, but the property itself was just awesome!!

Nice weekend Getaway

We had an extended weekend getaway for speeding break and this property was perfect for that. Great ocean front views from the living room and primary bedroom. Convenient drive to the property pool and to Carolina beach for dining. Would absolutely recommend!

New Years at the Beach

We had a great time in Kure Beach. The ocean was enjoyed both inside and right outside of the rental. It was quiet in the evenings and there was plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the water each day.
