My son and I really enjoyed our stay. If his work schedule allows we would love to do it again next year. The rental was clean and very close to the water which is what we wanted. It waspeaceful stay
Great location on Kure Beach. Remote enough to avoid the big crowds but close to drive to food and entertainment. Unit is a little dated, but is clean and functional.

Hi Richard! Thank you so much for your review! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay, and will certainly pass the feedback on to the owner! Thanks again for choosing us and we hope to accommodate you again in the future!
Our condo was fine. It’s a very 1980s vibe inside. Right on the beach with easy access to the beach. There is not much actual beach though, if you are looking for a place to spread out!

Simple upgrades would make a huge difference! Replace the couch, it was so worn it had sunk in middle and made it very difficult to get up. The heat/air vents were rusty and should be replaced. Sliding glass doors needed washed. The hair dryer was so old it had developed a sticky gooey film on it.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the couch, vents, sliding doors, and hair dryer weren’t up to standard. Our maintenance and housekeeping teams have been notified to inspect, clean, and replace items as needed. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and hope you’ll keep us in mind for a future stay.

Vacation in Kure Beach
Great access and views of the beach. The unit was a little dated and when you walked up the stairs to enter the unit you can smell the week long garbage cans that were located in the car port. But overall, the time spent was great and most of all the unit was on the beach and had great views.

Thank you for your review, Sharon! We are sorry to hear the weather was not ideal during your stay. We are glad you enjoyed our home otherwise! We hope to see you again and that the weather will cooperate next time!
We had a really good week with friends at the beach. It's always a good time hearing about what's going on with everyone's kids and grandkids. We sat on the deck watching the surf and talking for hours. Kure Beach was new for all of us and turned out to be a real nice family vacation spot. We also got to experience a hurricane up close. Hope to return sometime soon.

Thank you for your kind review, John! We are glad you and your friends had the opportunity to catch up with each other during your stay with us. The deck at this home is great for spending time with your loved ones with a great view. We hope to host you again soon!
This unit was so close to the sea! It was wonderful being able to see the waves right from the deck! Since the deck was covered, we were able to sit out and enjoy the view even during thunderstorms. There were a couple of spots on the deck that leaked when it rained but it did not impact us much as we were able to avoid those spots. This property had good appliances including a flat electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and a small washer dryer that made it very convenient for our family. It was a great experience overall !

Good: Place right on the beach and great views from the ocean. It’s quiet in regards to capacity on the beach. Location is away from the majority of people. Bad: Overall, this place needs a very good deep cleaning. Basic cleaning and toiletry necessities were not even close to sustain the length of stay(5x) rented for. Largest concern is with maintenance/rental company not meeting the needs of guests that are staying for more than two days; for basic cleaning and toiletry necessities supplies were not even close to sustain the length of stay rented for. Largest concern is with maintenance/rental company not meeting the needs of guests that are renting compared through services of a private owner. Everything is severely outdated within the complex. Outdated construction and internals within the townhome. You can basically hear through the ceiling and walls of neighbors. Pool is very small and even though the water is nearby, the drop off is difficult for children to play in the shallow portion of the ocean. Complex’s external facilities (gym, courts, playground) is not well kept and in poor condition all around.
