Great property, super convenient location in the middle of Hot Springs, NC. Great communication from the owner - we finished our section hike of the AT a day early and were able to slide our reservation without any issues.Would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay at Dorland Cottage. Great size, clean, & comfortable. Very convenient location (short walk) to everything in Hot Springs. Would stay here again!

Hot Springs stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Doland House this past weekend. The house was comfortable, convenient annd everything is Hot Springs was in walking distance. The host was amazing and gave us some great recommendations. We will definitely stay here again, we enjoyed it very much!!

What a great place to stay!

We love Hot Springs, and this cottage matches the demeanor of the town perfectly. It was so nice to sit on the porch and watch the thru-hikers pass by. Can’t wait until our next stay.

Outstanding option in Hot Springs

Fabulous cottage, perfectly located in Hot Springs. Great place to stay and enjoy the town, the A-T, the river, the Resort/Spa. Walking distance to everything and plenty of space for family and friends to spread out. We'll definitely stay at Dorland Cottage on future trips!

PERFECT LOCATION IN HOT SPRINGS NC

The location was perfect to enjoy the AT town of Hot Springs. Within walking distance to everything in the town. Communications with the host was easy and the host was very accommodating. Would recommend this location for a stay in the area.

Great weekend!!

Even though it rained our stay with family and friends was great!! Such a great location and the house was wonderful. Clean, nice, and comfy!! Can’t wait to come stay again!!

Great house, in the center of a nice mountain town

Second trip to this cottage. Clean, roomy, has everything you need. Can walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the roomy shaded front porch.

Great spot for enjoying downtown Hot Springs!

We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and Hot Springs Spa from the house. Nice views of the fall colors and a great front porch for relaxing. The dining room table was perfect for an evening of games.
