Our Beautifully appointed, charming, cozy village classic cottage built in 1860 is currently available throughout the year. The 1500 sq. ft. house is a 5 minute walk to Main Street, shopping, galleries, and restaurants, including the famed American Hotel,. and has been featured extensively as the cover story in Hampton’s Cottage and Gardens and House Beautiful magazines. Amenities include, 2 bedrooms, sleeping alcove, decorative fireplace and modest library, eat-in kitchen with new appliances, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer, large living room, ceiling fans, smart TV, wireless internet, window unit air conditioners in the bedrooms and gas heating.
