Family of Eleven Annual Beach Week

Beautiful home and loads of amenities to enjoy, despite the few days of stormy weather during our visit! We enjoyed the nearby dragonfly pool, Camp Watercolor, and tennis… very thankful for the golf cart! We also really enjoyed the wrap-around screen porch … morning coffee in comfy chairs, dinner at large table and relaxing evening chats.

Beautiful house, great location

Loved our stay at Coral Cottage. We had two families of four, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax on their own or hang out all together. The wraparound porch was the perfect place to have coffee in the mornings. The neighborhood was picture perfect, with people riding bikes and going for walks. There's a pool just across the street from the house, and the Watercolor Beach Club is less than a 10-minute golf cart ride away. Seaside is a quick drive, too. The house was well stocked with everything we needed - plates, cookware, utensils, appliances. You'll probably need extra paper towels, trash bags and other consumables, but everything else was there. (There's a Publix right around the corner, which was very convenient for things we forgot.) Would definitely stay here again.

Love the Watercolor Community

The Watercolor community was everything we wanted and needed for our family. Beach access, pools and a grocery store were all a golf cart ride away. We tried going to Alys and Rosemary beaches but didn’t like it as much as Seaside and Watercolor. We hope to come back again!

Annual Family Beach Week

This was the second year our kids and grands chose to spend our beach week together at Coral Cottage, and we absolutely loved it! Interior spaces are spacious and clean with beautiful appointments with everything our family of 12 needed. The wrap-around screened porch was a favorite escape for us all, and we spent many lazy hours there. The ease of using the golf cart and / or bicycles to get around (beach and Camp Watercolor) only enhanced our enjoyment.

Amazing porch!

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor! The house was perfect. The screened in wrap-around porch was were we all seemed to gather most of the time. The rooms are very spacious and we had everything we needed for the time we were there. We didn’t have any issues but the few times we had a question we received a response within minutes. Highly recommend!

Great vacation home location! Close to everything we wanted to do! We were able to bike or go for a golf cart ride to most everything we wanted to do. Beautiful house with nice beds and linens… beautifully decorated. Cleanliness throughout the home was just okay, especially in the kitchen. Hoping that it was a housekeeping “fluke” because we plan to come back in the future! Property Management did stop by upon being notified and apologized. Otherwise, we had a really great time!
