This is a first-floor condo with new appliances and fixtures, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach and entertainment. This inviting efficiency has coastal décor touches throughout. Prepare your meals in the full kitchen (no dishwasher) and dine at the table for two. Watch a movie or your favorite sport on the wall-mounted TV from the bed or accent chairs. The full bath has a separate vanity from the tiled shower area, perfect for couples getting ready for dinner. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the patio in the ocean breeze. Just out the back door, you have complete access to the incredible pool area with hot tub, outdoor shower and laundry facility with beautiful views of palm trees and scenic landscaping. Perfect for us

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. The location is perfect! Right next to a great bar/restaurant that we enjoy, easy walk to the beach. The pool is clean and well kept. I’m sure we’ll continue to book here.

Wonderful grandfather/grandson experience

Excellent location & ammenities. Pool was superb and beach visit. Had a bay fishing trip cancel with grandson but converted to deep sea fishing trip which turned out very nice. My ten year old grandson's first boat trip caught more than me. It was just a great experience all around.

Great place and location

The only thing that wasn't as described, was there was only one bed, where the photo shows two. There is now a pull out bed in a couch near the window. Other than that, awesome place! We have already booked this room again for Sandfest.

Great, clean, very cute condo

This 1st floor condo was clean, very cute, and had everything we needed. It was close to the pool / hot tub entrance, close to the beach, and very close to multiple restaurants (walking distance). The back patio had chairs and a table, with grass right outside for our furbaby. Mgmt was a breeze to work with. We will be back! Thanks for a great time!

The only negative thing that I would say about this unit is that the beds make a lot of noise when you move so, my sleep was not that great.

We went to Port A for my birthday. The efficientcy condo was nice. The bed was very comfortable. It was a nice and quiet area and the grounds were lovely. The only thing that I would complain about would be the light in the kitchen only had one working bulb and the bathroom trash can lid was not working. Lastly, I think the owners should get a longer shower curtain for the bathroom. Water would get out onto the bathroom floor.

Good but pricey for what it is

Basically feels like a cheap hotel: Looks a little dated Chair cushions have holes Comforter has small hole Beds VERY noisy/creaky(if trying to keep small babies or toddlers asleep it can be a challenge) Bathroom door also VERY noisy Clean enough but could definitely be better: Fan is really dirty looking Under coffee pot dirty Found part of a fishing pole makes me wonder about the thoroughness of being cleaned Shower needs a longer inside plastic curtain or a taller ledge to keep water inside the shower and not flood the bathroom Location is good, sits right off beach st for a quick drive down to the beach, but most any place down here is an easy drive to the beach, so I wouldn’t say the price was worth it.

We had everything we needed for cooking. Laundry facilities were clean. Pool was nice. Property was clean. We were within walking distance of several places to eat and cocktail. It was quiet even with a family of children in the room next to us. 100% would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall nice visit. The mattress need to be replaced. They make a lot of noise just sitting on them and turning over. A drop down blind to block morning sun would be nice on back porch so you can enjoy outdoor coffee in the morning. The toilet is loose and wobbly.

Second Stay at Sea Breeze

Really enjoy Sea Breeze - this was our second time staying here and would definitely return. The unit is clean, well-equipped, close to the beach and the fact that they're dog friendly is a big bonus.
