Enjoy the peacefulness of Sea Será at El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This one-bedroom ground floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. The open living room is made up of a couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa, a rocker/ recliner and a large TV. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets, open shelving, stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, dresser for your beach attire, closet and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tiled shower unit and a stackable washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the covered patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart-accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

The unit is as pictured, very clean and well-equipped. The development itself is not high-end as are some newer Port Aransas properties. However, it was very safe and conveniently located to the west of the city, and the price point was right. This unit was perfect for a few days for a couple with a dog. Only thing I would do as owner is change the toilet seat and shower slip mat as both are shopworn.

Great stay

The house is very clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and wonderful neighborhoods. Even though spring break it was quiet. Plan to return for sure. The check in process is rather lengthy with lots of rules posted is a little bit of a turn off but the beach made it all good.

Cute condo, great location!

The condo was super cute and newly renovated. It was perfect for my 2 daughters and I. They made Golf cart rental super easy by dropping it off and picking it back up. I highly recommend!
