Enjoy this clean, well maintained, and well equipped home away from home. House has an open floor plan with everything you need. Great view of the Delaware Bay. Beach access is directly across from the yard. The home is clean, bright, comfortable, and fully furnished. Enjoy the screened deck with a great view of the bay. Enjoy grilling on the Weber grill. Enjoy evenings around the outdoor fire pit.

Beach chairs and many beach toys are provided.

Off street parking is provided for at least 5 vehicles.

The property was clean and in very close proximity to the beach. It had everything you needed to enjoy your time on the water and sand. The outdoor shower was especially helpful and the entire house was very well appointed.

Recently stayed 9/6-9/13 and could not have asked for a more beautiful week. Despite a rainy day or two, it was a quiet and relaxing stay. Most days we could hear the waves from the porch. We even got to see dolphins close to shore! Can’t wait to come back again next year.

Great private beach!!

Had a great time with friends that don't get to connect often. Lovely rental and a great private beach. Also ate the best beach side burger at the Broadkill store in town!

Great location

The whole family loved the house, the proximity to the beach and the overall condition of the property. The only gripe we had was that the door lock was very tricky to get open. But as a side note we thought the electric beach cart was kind of gimmicky when we first looked at the property, but it ended up being one of the coolest features we have ever had while doing daily treks to the beach. We would definitely book hear again.

My purpose for choosing this rental was leave the craziness of everyday life behind and spend a relaxing week with the family, and i cannot convey how perfect this rental is for that. This rental was very well maintaned and probably one of the cleanest places i have rented. The community of broad kill beach was so beautiful and peaceful it feelt like a different world from the surrounding areas. The storage area was fully, probably over stocked, with items for the beach, making our stay even that much more pleasant. Being able to take such a short walk over the dunes and camp out on the beach all day was just perfect. I would definitely consider coming back at another time.

The house is super clean and the views and relaxation from the deck alone make it a great stay. The owners are very accommodating and quick to assist if needed. We'll definitely be back for another stay soon.

Excellent property

Brad's house was very comfortable, clean and had so many extras. We enjoyed using the bikes and beach chairs and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place in an amazing environment!

An amazing place, lots of essentials already there for us. The only disadvantage was the house being built nearby, but overall it was great! Highly recommend for being near the beach!
