On the positives; the location is good, it’s a short walk to a nice clean beach and the villa is well located between St Maxime and Grimaud. The pool is large and there are many bedrooms. On the negatives; the styling in this property is very poor, textiles are stained, furniture is cheap and dated, bed room are mostly small, the garden lawn is a dust bowl, bare and parched with almost no grass. For this price a basic level of styling and premium fittings is expected, this is simply not the case at this property. Overall this is not the premium experience we expect from Vrbo and for the price this property was extremely disappointing.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié son emplacement privilégié, à proximité de la plage et idéalement situé entre Sainte-Maxime et Grimaud, ainsi que sa grande piscine. Nous sommes toutefois désolés que la villa n’ait pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. Nous souhaitons néanmoins préciser que les photographies présentées sur l’annonce au moment de votre réservation sont récentes et fidèles à la propriété, à son mobilier, à sa décoration ainsi qu’à ses différents espaces. Elles permettent ainsi à chaque voyageur de découvrir la villa avant de confirmer sa réservation. La propriété dispose de 7 chambres, 6 salles de bains ainsi que de beaux et vastes espaces extérieurs, offrant un cadre particulièrement agréable pour les séjours en famille ou entre amis. Concernant la pelouse, celle-ci a effectivement souffert des fortes chaleurs de ces dernières semaines et nous sommes désolés pour ce désagrément. Nous regrettons que votre séjour n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et vous remercions pour votre retour.

Maison très agréable mais de nombreux dysfonctionnements

La maison est est très agréable.par contre beaucoup de dysfonctionnements pour le.prix Jacuzzi en panne.eclairage piscine en panne.certains volets non fonctionnels.

Well Situated house

We were staying in Villa La Havana for 2 weeks with our Family '12 persons'. The house was big enough and everything was there to have a good holiday. It was 5min walking to the beach which was a big advantage. Nevertheless we were a bit dissapointed of all the small errors there were in the house (Jacuzzi doesn't work, not clean at arrival, ...). Nevertheless a very nice stay to rent with family and kids.
