Located approximately 10 minutes from Townsend, 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, and 20 minutes from Gatlinburg. This cabin is also within 30 minutes of the sole airport in the area in Knoxville! We recommend all wheel drive vehicles for this mountain top property. You'll love the privacy on your one acre estate! Comfortable parking for up to 4 vehicles.
This 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath cabin that sleeps 13 is 3 levels of luxury tucked away in the beautiful mountains. The main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, with dining for 6, and additional bar seating for 3. The Living room features high vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows, a fireplace, Queen sofa sleeper, 2 chairs, and a Flat screen TV. There is a Pool table, Arcade game, and bar seating in the main floor game area. The large wraparound deck on this level offers a Hot tub, picnic table and rocking chairs. The hot tub is also located on this level perfect for kicking back while enjoying the beautiful mountain and wooded views of the Great Smoky Mountains.
Upstairs in the open loft area that overlooks the main level, there is a King bed with a private full bath including a Jacuzzi tub and shower combo.
On the lower level, you will find 2 King bedrooms. There is a shared bath with a Large Jacuzzi tub, a double vanity sink, and a walk-in shower. Each room also has a Flat screen TV. There is an additional Living room area with a Queen sofa sleeper, 2 Twin sofa sleepers, and a Large big screen TV. Porch access offers a Picnic table

Week vacation with family before school starts

The cabin itself was nice, kitchen had everything you could need, layout of cabin was nice for families with older kids. The negative side of this was the cleanliness and the view. The pictures and descriptions stated that there were views of the mountains but unless you looked out the loft windows all you could see were trees. The cleanliness was awful, there was food under the chairs and couches, the stove top was a mess, there was dust everywhere and there was a used condom wrapper on the table next to one of the downstairs bedrooms.

Great getaways

The place was great. Not alot of noise. Clean. Everything we expected. My only complaint was the kitchen didn't have enough pots and pans for cooking for a large group. No blender. Overall, great place.

Cabin had cockroaches

Cabin was hard to get to, we had to drive farther up the mountain and turn around to get into the driveway. The outside furniture was all mossy and filthy we couldnt use it. The fire pit was full of ash and a big pile of scrap from the previous people so we couldnt use it. There was broken posts along the porch that were metal and sticking out. The lights flickered constantly in the down stairs bedroom and in the living room. There was mold in the shower upstairs, the glass for the shower was falling off in the down stairs bathroom. We planned on staying still with all these problems until we started finding cockroaches. That was the end of our stay we picked up and left after i found 9 of them in 15mins. We left at 1230 in the morning back to pa where we are from with no sleep because we didnt want to stay with our small children in a cockroach infested house.

Great large cabin

This cabin has it all and we enjoyed everything. Hot tub, fire pit, comfy beds and tvs in every room. Large, open and airy with terrific views make this rental the best!

Great location, house needs updating

The cabin itself is beautiful however the carpet is nasty and the bedding and furniture should have been replaced years ago. The privacy is perfect and the view from the loft is great. The keyless entry and text communication with Aunt Bug’s was nice. Overall we won’t stay here again due to the furnishings but loved the location of the cabin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We did bring some extra blankets because of previous reviews that there were not enough and it worked out perfectly. The cabin is beautiful! My only disappointment is that the trees must have grown since pictures were taken of the view because unfortunately the view is not as shown in the pictures provided. However, you are still able to see the mountains and the sunsets were gorgeous! I would most definitely stay at this property again!

Terrible Experience

At 1st sight when I arrived at the cabin I was impressed. After 24 hours at the cabin, not so much. For the money this place costs it would not hurt to splurge and have better quality mattresses, blankets w/out old crusty stains on them, some of them appear not to be washed, and a chair in the main room with a nail sticking out of the seat back. Tons of dust on the trim and molding downstairs. The toilet downstairs is loose from the floor and unstable. The lamp in the top floor bedroom has no switch to turn it on. The side of the pool table is very loose from the corner pocket to the center pocket. The fish bench is broken on one side. We moved it away from the dining table and did not use it. We found 3 broken/warped Pool sticks.

Precious Memories!

The cabin was just as expected! It was beautiful. My family was able to spend a few days together. This was just what we needed! The cabin’s in a great location nestled within 20-25 miles of everything, including Cades Cove. The only negative would be that there was not enough sheets for the pull out couch. We made do with blankets so not a big deal for us.

Insect issue

Absolute beautiful cabin, location was great, spacious rooms. We were going to use the pull out sofas, we were adjusting the bed linen we found multiple small bugs, resembling bed bugs. I called the after hours number, message was sent for a return call the next morning. I was told in this particular area there are bugs that resemble bed bugs but to not let this hinder our trip, more than likely not bed bugs. Exterminator was sent out to investigate our complaint, bed linens were stripped from all beds, sofa cushions were left on the floor along with all bed linen, furniture moved from the wall, multiple dead bugs found behind the furniture. Received a message that the cabin didn’t have bedbugs but only the usual spiders and crickets which were downstairs in each room. We assumed they sprayed but we don’t know for sure. We did see an unusual amount of spiders, crickets in the basement. Cleaning in the cabin was poor, cob webs throughout the cabin, carpet was very dirty, sewage smell when we showered.

Perfect retreat

Property is beautiful!!! We were looking for a quite location just outside of town, and boy did we find it. This is a great property for those looking to have the best of both worlds(downtown area and peace and quiet). Everything is as appears on the listing and was very, very clean.

Beautiful Cabin

We came down to Tennessee on Spring Break 2021. This cabin was big enough for 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 kids. It was absolutely gorgeous. Everything worked wonderfully and was explained perfectly. Aunt Bugs was so informative and friendly. I would definitely stay with them again in the future! Thank you so much for an amazing stay. <3

The place was nice and like we wanted away from everything

The tress and setting was nice. The bear that came on the deck was not expected and when he came back and we were outside and did not hear him coming was shocking But he did not even try to hurt us and went about his business. The dining room matches the furniture however was not comfortable. The checking In and out process was really great The downstairs toilet did not work the whole time but we did not call for anyone to come fix it. We just went upstairs to use the bathroom. The fire pit was awesome and the kids enjoyed the games. The radio need to worked on as it had a constant buzz but nothing that we could not over look/ hear We would stay with Aunt Bugs again maybe try out a different place just to mix things up I would recommend 371

Beautiful area , nice home but .....

The property is in a nice area, pretty cabin. However, shower has mold / soap scum build up around the shower door. The oven would not heat up properly. Two of the door shelves in the refrigator door were broken/cracked. I requested blankets , as there was only one on a pull out couch. Beds had bed spreads but no blankets. Management company said there were no more, only what was in cabin. I requested the gas grill tank be filled with gas so we could cook out. Mgmt company wanted me to bring them the empty tank... some older folks are not capable of unscrewing the old tank or hooking up a new tank, much less carrying a heavy new tank from a car to the grill. The cabin was nice but the customer service from Aunt Bugs management was very disappointing.

We couldn't of asked for a better home to fit our large group. This home had everything we needed. Perfect location. Aunt Bugs was great to work with. The coffee pot stopped working, there was no broom to sweep up after messy kids and no propane for the grill but Aunt Bugs brought everything out to us right away. Now I will say it was a little dusty in places and some lamp shades were torn oh and the stereo didn't work, for the price you would expect everything to be perfect! But all and all I would say we would rent it again.

Perfect Vacation Rental that Exceeded Expectations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at the cabin with me were my wife, our daughter and her husband, along with our 5 grandchildren. The cabin was exceptionally well furnished. There's a distant view of the mountains from a corner of the upper deck, nice when having morning coffee. The kitchen was well equipped (no garbage disposal which may be normal). The electronic games were a hit. Once inside the cabin it seemed huge. All in all, nice size for 4 adults and 3 kids. NOTE: Don't be surprised when asked for a $300 cash deposit at check-in. It was refunded in a couple of weeks when no damage was found. Location was very good, well up the mountain, paved roads, not too steep, considering. Have neighbors in site, yet seems private. Be aware, the upstairs loft is completely open to the main floor. Not a problem for us.
