This spot was perfect for our family while we explored RMNP and Estes Park. Walkable to town, beautiful spot on the river, and the hot tub was an awesome treat.
This property was perfect for our group! Walkable area, beautiful backyard space with a hot tub right by the river, and very clean. It was also very well-stocked. I hope to return to Estes Park and would stay here again!
This property is very clean, well-organized, and in a great location. We enjoyed hearing the river at night and viewing stars from the jacuzzi. I especially appreciated the clear details and instructions throughout the home (including info on the jacuzzi and on the contents of cabinets)
We had a great experience with the house. Convenient to everything in town. Relaxing during our down time. Would use again no hesitation. Only thing needed looking at us water slow to drain in both bathrooms.
We had a great time staying at this cabin in Estes Park. Everything was good and no issue with communicating with the property manager. The hot tub is some what isolated, which is nice. The hot tub probably needs some maintance, but we were still able to use it. The cabin itself was very nice and comfy. It snowed a good 4 inches while we were there and they had a shovel and broom on the deck. Would definitely go back.
We had a great January stay for a few days. This location is easy to get to but not on a main road. Winter is a great time in Estes if you like hiking and little to no traffic. Our cabin was well stocked with all the kitchen items you would need. Lots of games and the TV can stream using your apps. The hot tub was great after a few cool hikes. Communication is really important to me when I need it. The manager was responsive when I had any questions. Thanks and we hope to stay again.
The property overall is very nice and clean. The location is good if you want to be close to town and walk to say fun city or downtown. If you are looking to be out in the wilderness this is not for you. It's nested back by some residences and some auto body shops and more industrial aspects to it. In the back yard is the river but it's almost impossible to fish on it without waders as there are some private sections to it up river. No shore fishing at all. Other than that, it was a great cabin!

Thank you for your visit -- glad you enjoyed your stay. To clarify for future guests (and this is made very clear throughout my listing): my home is in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown. I mention that you can walk to bars, restaurants, and even a fun park. I am unaware of any rentals offering total and complete seclusion that are anywhere near town, and I don't advertise my place as such. If you want that, you need to be looking at properties that are 20 to 30 minutes away. Just be aware that you will face long drives to get to restaurants or the entrance to the park. That being said, my home is in a quiet, private and peaceful neighborhood of small cabins on the bank of a river. A block away is a very small commercial area with a wellness spa, hair salon, veterinarian, realtor, glass shop and mechanic. You cannot hear or see this area from my property at all. Last, you indeed can fish in the river and prior guests have caught fish from my yard. If you are looking for the best fishing in the area, please hire a local guide to take you to secret spots where fish are abundant.

Great location, hot tub is a huge bonus!
The cabin is perfect and has many great features. The place was clean, had many everyday comforts, and is close to everything. The owner provided dish and laundry detergent as well as plenty of other of life's neccessities. I threw together some chili in the crock pot one morning and we enjoyed hot chili after a long days hike. We loved soaking in the hot tub after horseback riding and white water river rafting. The fireplace was lovely on the rainy afternoons and access to netflix was super. The keypad entry was also really convenient. A couple suggestions for the owner would be to add a summer weight blanket in the master bedroom, throw blanket on the sofa, new cutting boards, a chopping knife, matches, and a pad of paper (all minor details). Overall, it was an awesome family vacation and I highly recommend waterdance! Thank you!!

Thank you so much for your visit and your review! I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. Sitting in that hot tub or in the swing on the edge of the river are both the great joys of the cabin :) I just wanted to add a few things for other potential guests -- there actually are a bunch of built-in cutting boards in the kitchen cabinetry that may have been missed. They pull out from underneath the countertop. There are also extra linens, light blankets and throw blanks for the beds and couch in the bedroom closets, living room coffee table chest, and in the seat of the hall tree next to the front door. I don't provide matches because Estes is under an extremely strict burn ban, so I don't want matches in my rental unit because of the potential for a fire hazard. There should be paper in the game drawers near the fireplace. I am investing in new knives!! Please come back again!
Place was fantastic! We sat by the river every night and just enjoyed the water running over the rocks. Property manager was great and very detailed. Estes Park was wonderful. Highly recommend The Hive (a brewery) just a short walk from the place. Food was fabulous! Have awesome specials on Thursday nights. Highly recommend the Brewery Mac & Cheese if you are a truffle fan. Also highly recommend the Aerial Tram to the top of a mountain. Gorgeous views!
The Riverside Cabin is everything as advertised and more! The kitchen has everything you would ever need for making a meal, the living room was comfy and cozy with an L-shaped sofa and gas fireplace. The beds were comfy and the bedding was amazing!
Very clean and the hosts were amazing to speak with and so very helpful. We will definitely stay there again!
The day after we arrived there was an issue with the shower. We reported the issue and the issue was resolved by the owner that morning. It involved a plumber and could not have been better. The 3 day of our stay we had elk walking in the neighborhood. The elk rut was one of the reasons for our visit. Overall Nathan and his staff supported our visit and we had a fantastic visit. I tell folks all the time "just go". It will be worth your time and by the way use the Riverside Cabin.
We loved this property! We had Mom/Dad and adult kids ages 21-26 so the hot tub, walkability to Rock Cut Microbrewery, Hayley's Ice Cream (the downtown area in general) and On the Rocks Coffee shop was AMAZING. We loved having dinner outside, then soaking in the hot tub after a long day's hike. The property is very very clean and well maintained. The host, Nathan (and his team) made sure we understood everything and got checked in ok. Great emails and a property management app made this such an easy stay. The neighborhood is nestled in with a few other properties and a few businesses (storage rental facility) but was very quiet and peaceful. Being able to sit on the swing and read by the river was such a nice respite.
The property was exactly as advertised. Communication with the property managers was easy and swift. We saw elk in the river outside our door every morning. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.
Nathan’s cabin was one of our best rental experiences. Checkin was easy, location was convenient, kitchen was well stocked, and bed’s were comfy. Will book again.
