We’ll make you feel at home and are happy to provide our “insider’s guide” on restaurants, shops, boutiques and activities all over the cape to make your trip one of a kind.

The space:
Open floor plan for easy entertaining all on one level. There are 3 bedrooms, one bath, and an outdoor shower to cool off after long days at the beach.
Bedroom one: Queen Bed
Bedroom two: 2 Twin Beds
Bedroom three: Queen Bed
Bathroom has shower only (no tub)

Details, Details: Micro split A/C that cools entire cottage, wifi and smart TV with Netflix/Amazon/Hulu (use your password), lobster pot, starter set of soaps, coffee, tea and paper goods included. Front patio with BBQ grill, outdoor table with comfortable chairs (seats 4), 2 bikes, storage shed that contains beach gear (4 beach chairs, umbrella, 2 boogie boards,).

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: THERE ARE NO LINENS. Please bring your own sheets and towels (including beach towels). Everything else is provided. Comforters with duvet & pillows provided. 1 Parking spots off street but room for more on street. Make some wonderful, happy memories at Sullivan Cottage!

No dogs/pets of any kind allowed. Any evidence of pets found on the property without permission will result in a $500 fine.
