At this 4th generation beach house we have Central Air-Conditioning, High Speed Wi-fi, a Fully Equipped Kitchen and Hardwood Floors throughout,

Outside, a gas grill, gas Fire pit, outdoor seating & dining; We have Beach Equipment ; Chairs, Umbrella, cooler & beach toys and games.

For the littles, we have a Children's library and 2 seater red wagon; booster chair with tray, and
a pack n play, if needed

There are kayaks available to explore Kelly Bay, Dinahs Pond and Follins Pond, at the end of the road.
We have Family Board and Card Games, HDTV with Roku, Netflix, Hulu.

All you need to relax, unwind and enjoy time together.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Close Deck umbrella, cover grill and fire table
If used, empty boats of water and store cockpit down. All PFD and beach equipment should be dry and sand free.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Following Water conservation measures, LINENS AND TOWELS are NOT provided. Linen Service is available by request for additional fee.
Use of boats on Kelly Bay Only, with signed Waiver. Boats cannot be left on the beach. Return boats dry/empty and secured in the yard.
This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed in the house, on the deck or in yard.
