Sandpiper 115 - Southern Exposure Flat

First floor flat. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and washer/dryer in unit! Ocean views and southern exposure will keep you coming back year after year. Tile floors in the main living area for easy care and Berber carpet in the bedroom for comfort. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom has a full and twin bed. Nicely equipped kitchen with all your needs to make home-cooked meals.
The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the community patio deck.
Amenities include a sparkling pool, a separate kiddie pool, wifi access throughout the complex, coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach.

Wonderful family stay

We come every year and have stayed in several of the condos on this property and the one next door. We love it here. The property is clean and family friendly in a great location. This was our first stay in this particular condo and while it was a little dated compared to some of the newly renovated units, it was comfortable and clean and we had a great stay! Would stay again! Big plus this unit had a washer and dryer in the unit which was nice.

Convenient condo

We really enjoyed the convenience of this condo. It is steps to the pool and very close to the beach access. The only downside were the beds. The mattresses were very hard and quite uncomfortable.

Great Location & set up for families

Property was in a great location and condo layout was perfect for families. Pool was just a few steps away for Condo. Electric codes made check in very easy and property manager was very responsive. Units were a bit outdated but still very cozy . Washer and dryer in unit was a big plus!
